Its location is great for my group with three adults to explore Maui. The condo’s conditions are accurately described by the host. Our checking in, checking out, and daily parking all went smoothly. We would like to say Mahalo again to our host.

Great, Quiet Spot on the Ocean

Had a wonderful 6-day stay on the ocean. Pictures an accurately depict the location. Was very quiet, which is what I was looking to experience. Very nice by the ocean, with easy turtle watching, even from our balcony. Nice lawns and beach is very close. Very happy with our choice.

Beautiful condo with ocean views

We really enjoyed the place overall. Check in was straightforward/smooth.It is helpful to be aware that the pull out couch is in the main living area and that there is no window covering for the sliding glass door in that room, so if you are sensitive to light this could affect you. We are early risers anyway so it wasn't a big problem.The place had everything we needed during our stay, and even had beach chairs and a cooler!There was a bit of a delay when trying to contact someone for questions toward the end of our stay. We did also feel that the instructions for check out were incomplete, and wished they were more clear with check out expectations i.e. the check out e-mail didn't really say we needed to do anything other than be out by 1000 but when I asked they said yes, we should take out the trash.Really beautiful location/condo and overall would recommend.

Great Ocean View

Our stay here was enjoyable with some disappointment. First thing that hit us was the fact that there is no working elevator and either hasn't for some time or never was. For us, that's a challenge given this unit is on floor three, we had two 50 lbs bags, and sprained my ankle day two of our trip. So, color our comments accordingly. It was never mentioned by the owner. The unit itself was very nice albeit a bit cramped even for two. What we appreciated was it was clean, the washer/dryer was great, the kitchen had some things still in it like salt & pepper, coffee, sugar, and even some things from I'm sure other guests that we don't mind having left-over of - like honey, sugar-cinnamon, tea, etc. There is no beach here but the view in the morning is wonderful from the lanai and yes, we could see sea turtles around the rocky point below and whale spouts out in the bay. The building is older but reasonably maintained. The pool, hot tub, and lawn area are really nice. In all, we enjoyed our stay here and despite the elevator challenge, we do think it worked out okay. Would we come back - probably not.

Perfect ocean view condo,

This condo had everything we needed for our 12 days on Maui this January. It is super clean and the air conditioner works really well. There is a unit in the living room and in the bedroom. We watched whales and turtles from our lanai every day. The pool, hot tub and grill are never busy and have an ocean view. The beach park at the end of the street is perfect for a long beach walks. It’s like having your own private beach. The property manager Tom is very helpful and nice. This condo complex is centrally located on the island and close to the harbor and shops five stars we will be back.

We want to go back

We would stay at this property again 100%. Got to watch sea turtles beach literally steps away from the complex. Beautiful morning views. Easy parking. Quiet guests. 100% recommend.

Nice View

It had a nice view. The space was fine. My biggest issue with it is it is kinda out in the middle of nowhere. The complex was a bit rundown, parking in bad shape, hallway to the room a bit dark, all in all, it was okay.

Place was quiet, clean and as advertised. Sea turtles are visible every day just looking out your balcony. We rented a car for the trip and spent most of the time on the West beaches but this is a great place to stay.

Great Place Close to Whale Watching

The unit was very nice, as described, clean, and comfortable. The only negative was the the common areas were not well maintained. The grounds were nice but the lobby, elevator, etc were not kept very clean.

Maui Whale Watching

This condo was perfect for my husband and I for our 7-night stay end of February/beginning of March!! We woke up every morning with our coffee and breakfast on the lanai watching the whales. You can also see turtles feeding and resting at the beach in front of the condo. The condo was fully stocked with kitchen necessities; bath/bedroom necessities; and beach chairs/umbrellas. The area is very quiet and away from the more crowded, busier areas. This area is centrally located on the island. We were able to go see anything we wanted on the island in a short amount of time from our location. We bought some of our groceries, so we didn't have to eat out for all our meals. Overall, very happy with our stay and would recommend this location/unit to anyone.

Great Stay

We stayed in this property for a week for our honeymoon. And the stunning sight is what makes our honeymoon so memorable. Whales jumped up right in the bay down below the balcony. It is so beautiful.

Truly the Perfect Stay!

This accommodation was even more than we hoped for, and the location was perfect! It wasn't far from anything, but was away from the hustle and bustle. There were many amenities that made it feel just like home, and the communication by the host was thorough, helpful, and consistent. We would absolutely stay here again! Mahalo!

The view was incredible and the updated interior of the place was nice. The building and area are a bit dated and there is definitely jet noise from the airport. Staff was friendly, pool clean and quiet. Turtles at the rocky shoreline were fun to watch. Our only “complaint” was that the screen and slider were nearly impossible to open and close -back tracks. Good but for the price all considered

Relaxing Week on Maui

The condo was exactly as advertised. Very clean, well provisioned, amazing views, dual split AC, W/D and all new appliances. The condo grounds were well maintained, pool was clean and un-crowded, and BBQ grills available without waiting. Amazing views from the balcony: 100% guaranteed whale sighting every time we scanned the horizon, and sea turtles resting on the small beach area. Short walk down to Maalea Beach for long walks and beachcombing. Property management was very responsive to inquiries and issues. This was our first time staying in the Maalea Harbor area and we definitely appreciated the quieter atmosphere relative to the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas.

Hawaii Trip

Place and view were amazing. With but a few minor issues with one shade not working on the patio door, couldn’t get the bedroom tv to bring up channels, and the bathroom fan didn’t work. Everything was very nice.

Ma’alaea gem

Unit is as advertised. Very clean and well equipped. The view out the back of the unit is spectacular. The first full day we were there we had a problem with the unit. The manager of the property contacted the owner who was very responsive. He contacted the management company (My Perfect Stays), and they responded immediately and were very communicative during the process of fixing the issue. I would not hesitate to stay at this unit again. 5 stars.

beautiful clean condo with amazing view

advertising photos are an accurate reflection of this beautiful condo. Amazing ocean view, super clean and well stocked. Unfortunately, we were given the wrong door code so getting in the condo on the first day was an obstacle. My Perfect Stay property managers were reachable by phone and were able to rectify the issue in a short time period. My wife and I enjoyed our stay here.

Exceptional view

We had a fantastic stay in Ma'alaea. The Condo was clean and looked just like the pictures. We had everything we needed plus more. The beach at Haycraft Park (2 min walk) was nice and quiet. We would definitely recommend this Condo.
