This condo is situated in a quiet part of the Waikoloa Villas complex. This is a 3 Bedroom 3 Bath condo has been recently renovated with bamboo flooring bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen! The Waikoloa Villas complex includes two pools and a BBQ area.
Located in the A building this condo building is set back within the complex and provides a lovely view of the ocean and golf course. Master bedroom has a king bed and its own beautifully renovated bathroom with large walkin shower. The front bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom which is upstairs and is loft like - open to the living room below has two twins and its own bathroom that has been renovated. The spacious lanai which has access from the living room and master bedroom faces the ocean and golf course giving you amazing views to enjoy coffee in the morning and cocktails at night. This condo is on the second floor which means it's quiet as there is no one above you! There is no elevator and stairs are required to access the condo.
The Villas at Waikoloa are located along the 9th fairway of the Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed Waikoloa Village golf course. Walking distance to grocery market golf banks and post office.

Everything we needed
This condo facing the golf course was roomy, light filled, very quiet and in super location. Close to everything (a walk to the golf pro shop),village shops, and just a few miles to beaches. Very well stocked kitchen and beautiful sunsets!

Paradise and Family Fun
We love this location and found it a lovely family friendly vacation in paradise. Our only negative was the lower unit was a smoker and it drifted into our unit and lanai throughout our stay. This was very sad as the rest of the property was so lovely and close to all we wanted to see and do.

Great time in an affordable condo on the big island - highly recommend for families
We stayed at this condo for 10 nights over the holidays and really enjoyed the area. Lots of space for a family of two adults and four young adult children. There are two bedrooms with their own bathrooms - plus a large loft ( sleeps 3 in twin beds) with its own bathroom as well. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything we needed from a kitchen perspective was there. Tons of linens and towels. The only issue we faced was the fact that all bathrooms are showing their age and in particular, the showers and exhaust fans in the bathrooms need updating - the showers are old and need to be re caulked - didn't seem all that clean. There is no a/c and the ceiling fans worked well, however a few are showing their age ( remote controls did not work) The space overall is a bit dark, but if you are out all the time as we were, it didnt matter. The view and the Lanai made up for it - stunning sunsets. We used the pool a few times ( right beside the unit) clean and not busy - used the barbcue - clean and easy to use. For the price, it was very good value - would recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy the Big Island on a budget. Easy walk to shops and services of the village. Would definitely book again and recommend to others. Val and her team were amazing, great service.
