"Staff went above and beyond. The lady with red hair and her granddaughter were professional, kind, courteous, informative and exemplary customer service. My mam and I were visiting from Australia and booked a room last minute when there were road closures due to flooding. We were delighted and had the best stay compared to the many hotels we had stayed at north and south. Thank you "
