We love that you’ll enjoy our home, but we kindly remind you that only registered guests are allowed. If you’re unsure about whether your stay falls under these restrictions, please reach out to us before booking.
★ Parking:
There’s parking for 2–3 cars in front of the driveway and 1 spot available inside the garage. Additional roadside parking is available for your convenience.
★ Pet Policy:
For the health and safety of all our guests, we allow 1 small pet (30 lbs or under) with an additional fee paid at booking. We use thorough cleaning procedures after every check-out to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.
★ Community Pool:
The brand-new community pool will be opening May 7th, 2025, and will be available daily from 7am to 7pm. Please use the FOB key by the garage inside the home. Do not lose FOB key, $50 replacement cost.
★ Fitness Center:
A fitness and recreation center will be available next door to our home in the community center.
★ Security:
We take your safety seriously. There are four exterior security cameras placed around the home, as well as 24-hour gated community security.
★ EV Charger:
For our guests with electric vehicles, we offer a Wallbox Pulsar Plus Level 2 Smart EV Charger (48 Amp). It’s ultra-compact, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth-enabled, and supports Alexa and Google Home for ultimate convenience.
