「First, none of the staff were wearing masks in these COVID times, even after we requested them to.in fact one young chap even had the audacity to tell us why they were not required. Second, on arrival the reception was unattended and we spent a few minutes till somebody came by to check us in. The room phone does not work, so there is no way to call for room service or housekeeping. The bloke who advised us against masks did give us his cell number to call, except that it was in the back pocket...

「The staff were very polite and helpful - The place is gorgeous - you can trek to a river shore where you can enjoy your time - the food is amazing and overall they did not ask for a review like other shameless hotel people - it is after getting good hospitality I am writing 」

I love the hospitality and even big resorts don't take care of their guests like Zaid does. He is very communicative. The food is homely and awesome and at a very reasonable cost. The overall experience of the stay was nothing less then 5 star to be honest. Very very recommended to everyone visiting Panchgani and looking for a good place to stay. BTW its very reasonably priced too.」
