"Clean room, friendly staff very close to horse shoe bend and the canyons loved our stay"

"It’s outdated, but the room was clean. They didn’t have shower caps available but they did have microwave, a mini fridge and a keurig for coffee. It had the essentials. I do like that it was in a good location with a view and it had a balcony to enjoy the nice weather. "

"Our one night stay was fine, but the staff did not seem attentive nor welcoming. There was a terrible sewer smell in the lobby that kept my wife and I from having drinks or dinner at the restaurants at the resort. The room itself was clean and comfortable with a great view of the marina. Room seemed a little dated, but didn’t impact our stay. Also, had to pay an additional park fee of $30 just to get to the resort."

"My room was clean. A/C was difficult to use, and had no instructions. The TV remote had no batteries. The shower handle came off in my hand. The window could not be opened. I requested no cleaning and returned to a partially cleaned room twice. Breakfast was disappointing compared to other similar properties. Coffee was weak, oatmeal was instant, limited protein options, and breads selection was very limited. The kitchen staff were great- the view from the property was amazing, easy to get to town, the bed was comfortable, and the front desk people were helpful and friendly"

"Kokopelli House is a fabulous home with fantastic views and every amenity possible for a delightful stay in the Page area. The beds are very comfortable, there are ample living spaces, a fantastic game room and a beautiful and very well laid out kitchen. The outdoor spaces are magnificent with lots of seating and eating areas, lovey landscaping and a beautiful pool and hot tub with views to die for. The decor of the home is like being in a southwestern museum; the attention to detail is remarkable. The location can’t beat for exploring all the Page area has to offer which is tons! Communication with the owner was very easy. I highly recommend this property and hope to return again."
