We do a lot of overlanding so this wasn’t a big deal to us at all though it might seem like more work to people that are used to a 5star hotel. We had a slight issue with plumbing when we checked in on Saturday and Kaitlyn had the plumber out first thing Monday morning. Her communication was great throughout the whole stay. It was quiet and peaceful and a great location for anyone wanting to explore either the north rim or southern Utah. OurDogs were happy and we enjoyed it a lot! We will be back. "
