"We had a wonderful time at the cabin and it was the perfect location for exploring the area parks and recreational areas. The cabin was very comfortable and had everything that we needed to make the most of our stay. We would highly recommend booking this property."

"A two night stay- Location is good. Parking felt safe and convenient. The included breakfast was good quality with a fair amount of choice, both hot and chilled choices. Breakfast staff were excellent and attentive to detail. Our room was very clean, spacious, tasteful, and had a feel of recent update. The bed was comfortable, though I'm glad I brought my own pillow as the ones provided were soft, but a bit thick for my taste and neck. The sliding door on the bathroom was the best quality sliding door I've encountered at a hotel.... it created a sealed closure, was sound dampening, and good at light blocking. Usually I frown on sliding bathroom doors, but this gets five stars and a thumbs up. Three drawbacks to our stay: Beginning at 5:30am on our first morning we could hear a lot of walking around above us, hallway doors slamming, and people talking in the hallways (customers up and departing early it seemed.) Sound insulation could be better. Not a problem the second morning. Disappointment #2: The shower head provides a stingy amount of water. I appreciate water conservation, but this was too much. Not a deal breaker, but NOT pleasant. #3: USB outlet next to the bed (side closest to the door, room 119, failed to provide any charge. Yes, a few wrinkles, but overall the hotel was a good choice, one of the better in town I'm guessing. Given remoteness of Kanab, the price could arguably be reasonable. Book early for better price."

This place serves as the ultimate, peaceful home base for exploring Zion, Bryce Canyon, and the Grand Canyon. Amazing views from the property. Found our stay to be peaceful."

"Our stay was absolutely amazing and served as the perfect getaway. I want to give a special shout-out to Kaitlin, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. I did have a slight mix-up regarding the location—the VRBO listing stated it was a one-minute walk from downtown, but the property was actually 11 miles away. Even though the cabin wasn’t where I initially expected, it ended up being an incredible experience. The space was clean, quiet, and provided a much-needed six-day off-grid retreat. I definitely recommend staying here! VRBO question is " how convenient is the location". That question is left up to interpretation..... It was not convenient to anything except to the stars in the sky!!! But I can't give less than 5 stars"

"This place is beautiful inside and out! Jim and Julie are the perfect hosts. We were able to visit with their horses, goats and kittens. Everything you need is there. The night sky is stunning! This property was centrally located in relation to all we did. We visited Bryce Canyon, e-biked in Zion, Kayaked at Horseshoe Bend and UTV'd in the desert to Peekaboo Slot Canyon and the Great Chamber. Overall, I would say this is one of the best, if not the best, VRBO I've ever stayed in. 5 stars!!"
My Kaibab Retreat - Spacious and Easy Access

"This home was exactly as described in the listing but with many more amenities. The host was extremely thoughtful in providing a stocked kitchen and nice toiletries in both bathrooms! This is a convenient location to visit Zion, Bryce, and Antelope Canyons. Stores, gas stations, and restaurants are with 10 minutes of this house. We would definitely recommend this house with its spacious open concept kitchen and living area."
