"The staff were friendly and welcoming, housekeeping staff were lovely. The hotel room itself was disappointing. Very run down, stains on the couch, marks on the wall, water damage near the ceiling. The bedding was very thin and not comfortable, the bed itself was comfy. The shower rarely got hot/warm. The floor outside of the elevator on floor 2 felt very sketchy like it was going to cave in soon. There was lots of parking and the area felt very safe. I did not love that I had a room with an adjoining door to another room as I was traveling alone and staying for a week. The room was a suite and had a sink and microwave but there was nothing to wash dishes with, wipe the counter etc I had to go out and buy my own. Previous experiences I have had that in a suit with a mini kitchen. "

"I would not call it a good experience at all. Even when I reached the property at 5 pm, I had to wait for 15-20 minutes because housekeeping was still working. Finally, when i went in room, the receptionist called me because they forget to took the payment from me. When I paid and try to get back to the room, the door was not opening because something in lock was broken. In short, my one and half hour was wasted due to all this when I had to check out early in morning at 7 am. My problem here is not the time that was disturbed but I expected some compensation for that. The manager clearly refused for any sort of compensation. So in short, I will never come back to this property again because I work in hotel front desk department too and any inconvenience to the guests should always be addressed."

"Yes hot tub was great. There was some dirt at bottom, we tried getting it out with a net but it did not work. We all enjoyed our time at your rental. It was is very beautiful place. You had eveything that anyone could have wanted or needed to have a great time. We will be returning. Thank You!"
