「午前0時過ぎのチェックインだったが、気さくに対応してもらえた。しかし、気分良く朝食付きで予約してあったのに、朝食は有料だと言われた。予約時の印刷を見せてが、どこかの手違いでかホテルの受付では、ノーブレックファーストになっていて、実費を支払って食べた。 また、ドライヤーも貸してもらえると思ったらなかった。」

「・Hotel.comには空港への送迎があるように記載されているが、実際は存在しない。特記事項に迎えを依頼するコメントを記載したが、反応なし。直接ホテルにメールしたがこれも回答なし。当日電話したが、私の英語がうまくなかったのか、迎えはあると思って行ったが、当日の空港には迎えは当然いなかった。 ・事前チェックインのオンライン入力をしたが、当日は紙の記入を求められた。基本、オンラインの機能は予約以外正しく機能していない。 ・この国は朝食が遅いようで、7時半から。ちなみに事前にメールで問い合わせたが回答なし。 ・部屋は細長く狭かった。トイレとシャワーはなぜか一旦ドアの外に出る謎の造り。アメニティは小さい石鹸のみ。 ・税込みの支払総額で7千円オーバーであったが、3千円でも高いと感じた。 ・周囲は治安が良くない地域であり、まともなレストランは存在しないようでした。 ・朝食はパンなど最低限のもののみ。」

「アットホームで、スタッフの皆さんがとても優しく快適に過ごすことが出来ました。掃除が綺麗に行き届いてあり、清潔感もありました。また、朝から晩までカレーの日々だったので、朝食が洋食なのが嬉しく、オーナーさんの奥さまらしき人が作ってくださったオムレツがとても美味しかったです。無料で自転車を借りることが出来たのも良かったです。」

「By far, one of the best places to stay. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was HUGE, and the breakfast prepared by Sarath was heavenly delicious. I, as a traveller for more than 30 years and with 50 countries known, can say that this place is perfect for spending a great time. 」

「No toiletries, didn’t feel safe, it’s in a corner of the town that is hidden and hard to find. It was sketchy. There’s a net on the roof of the bathroom so anyone can come see inside from above; no privacy. People can see inside through the curtains. The staff were nice. 「Extremely difficult to find. The adress said Wadduwa, but it is in Kalutara. Our driver used more than 1 hour to find the place, there was no signs at all. The price, compared to next door hotels and their facilities, is too high.」

「We were a large group staying in the villa for two weeks. We can highly recommend it. The villa has an excellent location right on the beach with a beautiful view of the sunset every night. The direct beach access is excellent for swimming in the ocean. The manager took great care of us and arranged for our trips and needs.
