Palazzo Toscano was perfect for our group of 9 guys. We had a great time around the pool and hanging out in and around the house. Everything was described accurately in the listing. The house was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well, which is important in the desert climate.Anstasia was a great host and very communicative, before during and after. One of our group members left an item and she was gracious to help gret it sent back to him, which we appreciate.Would definitely stay here again the next time we are out this way.

Great house for large groups

We had a great experience staying at this house over spring break. The owner was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The house was clean well set up for large groups, giving lots of privacy and everybody their own bathroom. The pool was amazing. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the backyard. We hope to stay there again someday!

Spring Training 2025

5 dads and 5 teenage sons came down for spring training and the house was perfect for pancake breakfast and pool time. Very spacious and extremely comfortable

Great place for big groups

Part of me wants to keep this home a secret to avoid competition for it. It is a wonderful home for our large family. Imagine needing something and then finding it in the well-equipped and neatly organized kitchen. The pool and hot tub were heated in advance of our arrival. The host was attentive and responsive to questions we had. It's so good we will rent this home again.

Spring break

The property is very nice and clean. There is plenty of room for a group. Great stay and the owner was quick to answer questions we had. The only issue we had was with the pool. It never warmed up enough to swim in.

Easter Family Weekend

Great property for our specific needs - close to Surprise where parents live - and the entire family flew in to spend Easter together. Clean, plenty of room, thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa. The responsiveness by Anastasia, property manager, was outstanding. THANK YOU!

Perfect for groups

The house was immaculate, the kitchen was incredibly well equipped with every tool and appliance needed. We had a group of 10 with ages 10 to 70+, and everyone loved it. At one point we were all in the pool! The pool temp is adjustable, which was fantastic as we had a few cool nights with a couple early morning swimmers. Anastasia was so receptive to our few questions and replied quickly each time. Would recommend without hesitation.

60th Birthday Family Celebration

Everything was very nice. Anastasia, the owner, was available and very responsive to my questions. She even left a birthday card for me! A thoughtful touch! My family really felt relaxed and at home. Thank you for a great experience in the valley of the Sun!

Women's Tennis playoffs

The Palazzo Toscano is a beautiful home located in the Surprise/Wadell, AZ area. The host, Anastasia, is very attentive and responsive to inquiries, questions, and any on-site concerns. Our group of 10 women tennis players enjoyed 4 nights at the home recently. The home and an additional apartment space can accommodate up to 20 people. We opted to rent only the home for the 10 women. Although the house space, without the apartment, does have beds for 10 people, the layout of the bedrooms/baths, was somewhat compressed with 10 adults trying to share the bathroom spaces. For a family, or even 2-3 families, with younger children, the space would probably be just fine. The consensus with our group is that the house space alone would be most appropriate for 8 adults vs. 10. The property has LOVELY grounds, complete with pool, hot tub, fountains, BBQ and outdoor patio and dining areas. The interior space has a very pleasant area to relax, visit, watch TV, etc, as well as several spacious casual and more formal dining areas.

Family Thanksgiving

Beautiful home and pool! The pool was warm, which was wonderful for November. The house fit our extended family perfectly even for a big Thanksgiving meal. The location was quiet. Anastasia was very responsive when we contacted her with questions.

Fantastic stay

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. It was the perfect place for our tennis team. The house is extremely spacious, was spotlessly clean and the host was beyond perfect with prompt and clear communication. Would definitely come back again!

Fantastic!

Everything we had hoped for! Spacious, clean, great bed configurations, beautiful bathrooms, large kitchen, and excellent outdoor patio with pool/spa. Anastasia was super helpful, answered all our questions, and never let even 5 minutes pass without responding. We loved our stay and recommend whole-heatedly!

Spacious and comfortable for large group

Tennis team had plenty of space to enjoy this lovely home! We had enough beds for 13, can accommodate more if share beds or use air mattress. It was the perfect home for our team playing at the Surprise tennis center. We were able to enjoy large pool between matches. Anastasia was very responsive and welcoming.

Great stay for a large group!

Golf Trip

We had 13 guys stay at the house and everyone had their own bed and there was plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the place. Never had to drive more than 30 minutes to a golf course.

Great stay

Anastasia, the host,, stayed in communication and the property was very clean. Came in for an NFL game with 16 of my friends. All the amenities that you'd ever need. Home was very accommodating. Considering renting property for my family.

Average VRBO that needs attention

There were some good things about this property as well as some things that need to be addressed. Overall, this house can support a large group of people and was "fine". The kitchen/great room area is great for large groups. Easy to socialize together. The beds were comfortable. The amount of bedrooms listed does not meet what was offered. We were offered a 5 bedroom home, plus a 6th apartment, plus a "bonus room upstairs with a queen bed". There was no bonus room upstairs with a queen bed. Also the 5th bedroom is not a true bedroom....it is a living area turned into a bedroom (that does not have a door) right next to the front entry door. Some of the furniture needs some attention as there were clear areas that were soiled. Each guest only gets 1 bath towel and 1 pool towel so you are responsible to launder your towels between use. No extra linens could be found. We ran out of TP within the first 2 days and had to go out and buy our own. The kitchen had seasoning, but no salt and pepper. The downstairs shower did not have a curtain and the drain didn't drain well causing a pool of water while showering. The refrigerator did not adequately hold temperature. The pool is nice, but it is way smaller than how it appears in the picture. Lastly, it is odd that the owner has to meet you in person upon check in. I've rented several times through VRBO and have never had to meet an owner. I am used to an automated check in process. If I wasn't traveling with such a large group this would have made me very uncomfortable.
