Great hotel, staff was very friendly and helpful. Its not a huge hotel but the rooftop bar is amazing. Definitely recommend going up for a drink and an appetizer. The remodeled room was nice but with the smog you don't really get a view of the ocean..

We found that staffs were very friendly. And room was well kept and clean. Also, facility was near to train station.

Room ac was not functioning properly

Staff at reception was good and helpful. Feedback: stayed for the second time. Surprisingly there were no water glasses in the room.when I asked R/S.i was told we do not give glasses as people use it for purpose other than water.this after I stayed earlier when there were glasses in the room. Strange. I was given paper glasses.

The hotel is truly grand and value for money. The staff is very courteous and professional. We tried the 3 restaurants Chinese Italian and Indian. There was nothing not to like about this property. Its location is superb and within walking distance of the domestic terminal. Its amenities are excellent and they include: high quality restaurants, excellent spa and gym facilities and superb lounge areas. More importantly, the staff are the best in the business. Great place and excellent proximity to the airport.. food is excellent!

Good choice to stay for transit. Only 15-20 mins from/to the airport by car and they provide one-way free airport transfer by your stay plan. And more, they provide free meal service from breakfast to dinner. Mainly Indian local foods but some western foods also available. Hotel facilities and room are quite new & clean. But inconvenient if I stay for sightseeing, because I need to use a taxi to everywhere.
