Wonderful

We have stayed here twice and each time was perfect. Benetta is very helpful and responsive to questions and gives great details on directions to find the property. It is situated outside Waco on farm land and is so quiet and peaceful. It is the perfect weekend getaway for football games or visiting the Waco area. Plus the bed was the most comfortable mattress ever and wonderful full size shower. The perfect space for one or two people.
Found the location to be ideal right next to heritage homestead (literal walk to end of driveway) and minutes from Waco. However, probably closer to 10 yrs older then photos in listing. Roof chairs were broken from sun+ aging it appears. Despite our trying to contact listed # by phone and text provided in our reservations there was absolutely NO reply or help. The light blocking curtains by the bed have stains, holes and are shorter then the opening. Tv wood art doors are missing which cause lights on all night to look at, A/C is filthy woke with sore throats! Fridge compressor is making loud noises.
Flooring is missing in several locations making the bar stool chairs by the wall table uneven and hard to move. Found shower handle to have a steady leak from behind the handle. The front door drags with much effort over the wood front patio platform area leaving grooves in the wood and do not seal at the bottom. Which is probably why we found a roach when we moved a sealed bag off of the counter! The keurig buttons only 3 out of the 4 work and the one for the size coffee mugs provided is the one broken. One of the top steps to the roof is so weathered and aged it has split in half!! Unsafe! Dishware provided was missing mates. View off the top porch is better part of the property and unusable due to safety and access issues the steps and broken chair cause. Firepit rusted n smashed!
Greatly disappointed rare trip for our 25th anniversary. no refunds, got stuck.
Very fun place to stay. Host was easy to communicate with and everything was clean and well prepared. Would recommend to anyone.

Thank you again for hosting us. I wanted to share some feedback about the space, as we ran into several maintenance issues during our stay that impacted the overall experience. I hope this is helpful so future guests can enjoy the home fully.Air Conditioner: The unit blows cold air, but the blower only seems to have one speed and doesn’t circulate properly. The vent/air diverter that should move the air in different directions also isn’t working. Because of this, the room never cooled evenly.Leveling Issues: It also seems like the unit may not be level—items roll off the counter easily, and some doors and cabinets don’t stay closed on their own.TV Cabinet Doors: The doors to the TV don’t stay open; they swing closed immediately, which makes it difficult to use the TV comfortably.Flooring: There are several areas where the floor is broken or soft, which doesn’t feel safe and could become a bigger issue if not repaired.Blinds: The blinds are oversized for the window and difficult to operate, and they don’t provide enough privacy, especially at night. We really love the concept of the container home, but these issues made the stay feel less like a five-star experience. We wanted to share this so you're aware and can address them for future guests.Thank you for taking the time to read this, and we appreciate you looking into these concerns.
I’ve always wanted to try a tiny home. This place was cute! The land around it is beautiful. The Murphy bed was comfortable but didn’t lay completely flat, it was at a slight incline. I stayed with my friend for a girls trip and we had a good time. Check in was so easy. The rooftop was fun. Great for one night
The place was comfortable, clean and more than I expected. Had a great experience and will book again if I’m in the area.

This is a very cozy option for 1-2 guests. Located in a quiet area, the rooftop deck was a great place to just hangout and enjoy the weather. The place has all the essential amenities and a good number of local restaurants and stores to choose from for meals (Doordash delivers to the site as well!).
