Our listing offers ample natural light with trendy decor. We're in a safe part of town with off street gated parking. Close to lots of amazing restaurants and coffee shops! It's all yours! Anything and everything is for you to use.

We value your privacy and want you to vacation your way. We don't like to pester our wonderful guests so you most likely won't hear from us after your check in instructions. That said, we love when we do get to interact with guests and are available at any time to fix any problems. Don't hesitate to reach out!

Located on Austin Ave, the heart of downtown Waco. Magnolia Silos just a half mile away along with great restaurants/bars! Best coffee shops in Waco are also super close! Pinewood Coffee Bar and Dichotomy. Our brand-new building is in a safe part of downtown with gated parking so you'll never have to worry about being out late or early.

There are restaurant and shops in walking distance of the apartment. However, Waco has a lot of free parking so we always recommend driving if it's going to be a hot day or you're wanting to do some shopping.

There are security cameras in the hallway of our complex and around the exterior of the building. We also, have an in-unit security system that alerts us when there is excessive loud noise for an extended period of time. The bathroom is in the bedroom so if someone is sleeping on the couch they will have to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. Also, since your downtown there will be some street noise and light at night. There is also a train the runs through Waco so if you are a really light sleeper this might not be your best spot. It didn't bother my wife and I when we lived here but we always want to be transparent about things that could detract from your stay.

Excellent Location

The unit was wonderful. Clean, had those little extras that you hope for and need (coffee, spices, laundry soap, shower gel). Walking distance to restaurants, breweries, and sights to see. Masonic Grand Lodge is a must see, as well as the Texas Ranger museum, and the Dr. Pepper museum. All have a wonderful display of history. And a secured parking lot.

Very comfortable, cozy apartment minutes from downtown Waco and Baylor university

The host left detailed information about coming and going of property. The location, perfect….lots of coffee shops, Magnolia, breakfast, lunch and dinner spots. Very comfortable Queen size bed. The pull out sofa is a bit confusing to pull out and is need of an upgraded thicker futon mattress. The sheets and pillows were soft and cozie. My request would be extra pillows, blankets and towels. We will def be back. 5 STARS

5 stars for sure! This place was very clean and just as advertised on VRBO. Great communication with the host as everything went smooth. Location walkable to many Waco restaurants and Magnolia. A perfect place for Baylor homecoming weekend!

Very convenient for where we wanted to visit, clean, comfortable, easy to get to. It was generally quiet but one morning some people talking at the community ministry a little bit down the street. We enjoyed our stay.

Cozy little apartment close to the action in downtown Waco. Very clean! Host provided candy, which my kids enjoyed and coffee, which I enjoyed, for our stay. Also provided recommendations for area eating establishments which was very helpful!

Loved it!

We came to Waco so I could run the Magnolia marathon. This was walking distance to the Silos which made it very convenient. Very clean, nice apartment in a very cool redone old building. I highly suggest staying here.

Quiet but close to Magnolia!

This was the perfect spot. Our car was in a gated parking lot and the apartment was very quiet. Loved how close we were to Magnolia!! Comfy bed and very clean!

Perfect Place & Amazing Views

This place was absolutely perfect for our family of three! We were close enough to The Silos that we actually walked to them on two different occasions and then had easy parking for the other times we went. Loved how close it was to the Brazos River and Baylor as we enjoyed walks at both of these places. Place was just as pictured and Miller and Kailey were so easy to deal with and communication was great! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again if we ever find ourselves back in Waco!!

Waco getaway

Location was perfect for the spots we planned to visit in Waco. Close to Silos which was a primary reason for our visit. Unit was clean, well-appointed and comfortable. Perfect stay in Waco.

What a great little condo in Waco. It was within blocks of downtown and a bunch of great bars, restaurants and the Silos. Parking was super easy and the condo was very quiet. Great place to stay! I would highly recommend staying there if you are in town for a few days. The owners were very easy to communicate with. 5 stars!!

Clean with a great location!

This place far exceeded my expectations. The host was very specific on the check in process, it was easy & quick. The place is nicely updated, CLEAN so clean which is so nice to see. They made us feel very welcome & it was a short walking distance to downtown. The on-site parking was a plus. I highly recommend anyone staying in the area to pick this place to stay.
