About the Behrens Building
The Behrens Lofts date back to 1913, originally built for the Behrens Drug Company. The structure was designed as a fireproof concrete building and is one of the few in Waco that withstood the 1953 tornado. Today, it blends historic character with modern loft-style living. As with most downtown locations, guests may occasionally hear normal city activity.
