I get it that it is a stop and go “express” but come on the elevators were a mess and not up kept. Properly was a wreck. ceiling had a horrible water stain that was not patched. Said coffee but no coffee pot, towels better just bring your own. Hey but the beds were good.

Room was clean. A/C worked fine. Staff was friendly. Only issue I had was a $15 charge after I checked out. It's only $15, so not worth my time and energy to dispute it, but just be aware to check your statement after your stay.

As expected

My stay was as expected. With Holiday Inn, you get a certain standard that's more or less the same everywhere. It wasn't outstanding or exceptional, but the room was clean, and free parking was available.

Lobby was hot no AC. The worker was ringing wet with sweat. She was super kind. We went to our room. The elevator , halls everything no ac. Super hot ! Room was dirty and falling apart. Ac in room did not work. The shower was disgusting with stains . No amenities in the room ( soap and such) 1 bath towel and 1 rag for two people. Just extremely nasty. The bed was clean and comfortable and due to exhaustion and the fact there was not another hotel for 30 miles we stayed.

The room smelled vey musty. It needed a dehumidifier. Carpet looked older and not very clean. Carrie at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. Breakfast was surprisingly good.

This hotel was a little dirty and severely understaffed. No fault of the hotel staff, they were great! But IHG needs to do better here and improve your hotel. Fix your staffing problems, you cannot have clean rooms without employees.

Hotel under new ownership or management and it showed. Stayed here several times but it seems to be progressively getting worse. Could not get room keys to work, no towels in the room, water bottle had been opened already and the hallway smelled like curry and spices
