Gorgeous Home!
This home is absolutely gorgeous and you'll want to spend some time taking in all the special design details. My garden club of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our time here and wished we could have stayed longer to cook a meal in the kitchen that had every single thing you could want including spices. Even a fancy espresso maker, frother, etc. Pristinely clean! My only complaint is that the master bed was not at all comfortable with some kind of weird pillow well that my arm kept sinking into. Also, I did not see anything in the listing that says the master does not have a private bath. It is shared with one of the queen bed rooms. Not ideal but we made it work. The neighborhood is older and beautiful with those gorgeous large trees. The backyard had a large lawn area, adirondack chairs, a picnic table and a firepit We would stay here again but maybe give the king bed to our kids.

Birthday Getaway
My sister and I surprised my mom with a trip to Waco for her birthday. We shopped at the Magnolia shops and stayed here one night. This house blew my mother away. We knew she would love the décor. She was sad we could only stay one night. It is so beautifully decorated and the kitchen is huge. We will be back!

Beautiful home and very relaxing
Four siblings and two spouses travelled from the Province of Saskatchewan in Canada to visit Texas, as this is where our father grew up. We went to the area he was, but also wanted to see Magnolia in Waco. The cottage was so spacious and decorated beautifully! It felt luxurious! We gathered around the large dining table to visit in the evening, and to eat a home cooked breakfast in the morning. We felt at home. It was one of the highlights of our trip.

In need of some maintenance…
My friends and I recently visited Waco for Spring at the Silos and stayed in this cute bungalow. The kitchen was well stocked, the home had beautiful furnishings and the beds were very comfortable. It has the potential for a five star rating that many others have given it. However, there were several maintenance items that need attention and the outside was very neglected. We were not able to enjoy the fire pit as we had hoped. I shared my feedback with the owner but didn’t get a reply. I hope that they spend some time getting the property back to the condition that everyone sees in the photos.

A truly fantastical stay!
This home was absolutely stunning and perfect for a fantasy book club girls’ weekend! The home is bursting with character, beautifully and comfortably furnished, and very clean. Could not have imagined a more unique stay. Only minor critiques would be that the back yard around the fire pit was very overgrown with weeds and desperately needed some maintenance, which made the space uninviting, so our group didn’t use the fire pit as we had planned. Also I feel I should have received the check in code through the app rather than having to text the host when I arrived. While the host was helpful and professional, I feel all communication should be had through the booking app.
