Stayed for the second time in less than a year...just as good as we remembered

Property was very well appointed with great instructions / communication from the property manager. A 100 year old home, but very well laid out and plenty of room for everyone. Good location and very secure. Hope to stay again!

Great time in Waco for Easter

Enjoyed the time at this property - very clean, comfy environment, lots of open space for the family to relax together over the long weekend. Enjoyed the backyard one evening with the fire pit and lights.

Girls trip #202-

The house was beautiful and just right for a group of friends on a girls trip. Everything was clean and comfortable. We were close in location to the silos and other points of interest. The owners were responsive and easy to work with. We would recommend staying in this beautiful house!

Awesome stay!

The house is LOVELY! The location is great - very safe. The house is so large and room to spread out. The kitchen is wonderful , all bedrooms a good size, and all of the amenities. We really enjoyed our stay and I would HIGHLY recommend. The communication was great, and all around it could not have been a better experience! Thank you Roberto!

Plenty of Room

We were in town for a workshop and needed the space to prep. The large dining room table was perfect for the assembly line of items. We all had our own private rooms and wished we had booked an extra night to truly enjoy the living spaces inside and out.

Nice and Relaxing

Stayed here for our visit in Waco for the Waco 70.3 1/2 IronMan. Loved this place. This house is huge with plenty of Bedrooms and Bathrooms. Loved the kitchen area as we didn’t eat out much and cooked there. The outdoor area was perfect. The weather was perfect for lighting fires on the fire pit and just relaxing in the huge backyard area. The entrance into the property is secured and locked with plenty of outside lighting. The host was great and answered all questions quickly when we had them. Would definitely stay here again

Perfect for Large Family

Had a wonderful one night stay in this absolutely spacious gem of a property. The number of bedrooms was perfect for the size of our family (I think we had 9 family members total). The kitchen is lovely and the space is well appointed. There are two living areas and a nice kitchen table. We enjoyed both. My one and only complaint is probably the same complaint as the owner - the back patio table and chairs were decorated with sap. Just bring a towel or other comfy item to keep from the sap if you want to use them. Our crew especially enjoyed the spacious back patio since the weather was lovely. We had some older people in my group so most of the sights were not close enough to walk, but the home is easily walkable to some of the great sights offered by Waco! Roberto was super responsive via text and even let us check in a few minutes early. Highly recommend.

Great place in Waco

We stayed here for Baylor graduation. We had older family members who needed main floor bedrooms. These were great. All bedrooms were very spacious & bathrooms were well equipped. AC was fantastic & house stayed cool. Outdoor area was amazing & we sat outside every night with twinkle lights on. Roberto was very responsive to our questions/needs. Would stay here again with a large group!

Amazing, perfect for big group

We absolutely loved this house and will definitely want to stay here again. We had 6 couples and lots of littles under 5. The owner sent us extremely detailed information ahead of time about all of the amenities, check in, info on appliances, etc. which was very helpful for coordinating with the group. It’s fully gated and could fit all of our cars inside which was awesome. The bedrooms are big and everyone mentioned that the house was so comfortable, clean, and spacious. The owner is very accommodating and easy to get a hold of. Even with a big group, there were plenty of basics like towels and trash bags. I would highly recommend this house to any big group.
