"I had searched for a property that would accommodate 10 adults and 4 kids in a quiet family friendly neighborhood close to Palanga. This property was amazing and property manager Mindaugas was just wonderful. This property fit all of us very comfortably and we still had more area that we didn't even use. We used taxi service to get to Palanga which was only 10 euros ( we did not want to try and worry about finding parking). I highly recommend this property and will be staying here in the future...

"Biggest complaint is towards Hotels.com way of dealing with reservations - they do not provide direct number to call. It is an old apartment building that remind of communal apartments back in 60ies in Soviet time and there are NO mention of River apartments on outside of building or anywhere inside if you get past door lock with a code. Only way to reach owners and get instruction on how to get into building and get keys is by calling a Hotels.com number - in USA. I after getting really upset...

"We enjoyed thoroughly our stay in your apartment in Klaipeda. The place was neat and clean and absolutely tidy. The furniture and the equipment in the kitchen and in the bathromm was excellent and completely sufficent. There was nothing to complain about, however with one smaller exception: there was no coffee-machine in the apartment, and we regretted not to be able to have coffee for breakfast. "The location was great. Very spacious and comfortable place. Check-in, we weren’t told we had to get to the apartment from the canal side or that it was top floor by stairs only.
