Nice hitten gem

The room was amazing for a family - we had 2 beedrooms in one room and a large balcony. The host family was so kind and polite. Short walk to a beautiful Beach. The restaurant in the hotel was nice. Also nice breakfast included. We do recommed.

This charming, family-run hotel truly exceeded our expectations. The owner was consistently kind, attentive, and accommodating — she even allowed us to check in early, which we greatly appreciated. Her dedication to ensuring a perfect stay was evident in every detail. The hotel was spotless throughout, and the breakfast was absolutely delightful — a real highlight of our stay. Its location is also ideal, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. Parking is conveniently available on-site. A special mention goes to the restaurant run by the owner and her husband — it was outstanding in both quality and service. We had a wonderful experience and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

Sad review in Croatia. Not typical.

Check in was quick. Room had air conditioning that did not work. Brought it to their attention and they acted like I did not know how to operate it. They never came and checked. Room was hot and had to sleep with the windows open. Refrigerator in room was unplugged and had to plug it in and wait for it to cool down. Bathroom towels felt like sandpaper.

Worst hotel during 3 week trip of Europe

This hotel had zero water and continued to check guests in without telling them that the water would be shut down for over 24 hours. They did nothing to help guests. Did not provide water bottles and the hotel stunk of urine since nobody could flush a toilet. They acted as if they spoke zero English although we found almost everyone in Croatia knows some basic terms. Complete scam. Would rate them even lower if possible. They did know the word "Expedia" when we demanded a refund and checked out more than a day early. Continuing to check guests in when you know the water is cut off should be illegal.

die Zimmer waren renoviert, aber die sauberkeit ließ an "nicht sofort sichtbaren stellen" zu wünschen übrig (fremde haare, falsche wimpern, haargummies untern tisch, die nicht von mir stammten..) das frühstück war schrecklich, der kaffe in alte thermoskannen, unsauber, schlecht schmeckend. der Obstkorb schimmelte, die Käseglocke stank nach verdorben käse ( den unterschied zu stinke käse kenne ich) Alles leider sehr sehr lieblos.. der Föhn und die Kühlschränke im Zimmer funktionieren nicht richtig bzw fast nicht. der klodeckel war mega instabil und der Abflus der Dusche war verstopft, ich konnte 2 tage nicht duschen da ich sonst das badezimmer fluttete. Das Wurde nach 2 tagen erst repariert. das Netteste im Haus war die liebe Putzfrau, die alleine nicht alles schaffen kann. Sehr Laut in der Nacht, keine Ruhe, da die Anderen Gäste die ganze Nacht laut fernsehen, Wände sehr dünn.

Sono stato truffato hanno richiesto il pagamento in contanti dicendo che non funzionava il pagamento elettronico e poi mi sono ritrovato anche l'addebito sulla mia carta di credito. Rimango in attesa di riscontro sia da voi che dalla struttura vergognoso il comportamento sia della struttura che di hotels.com che non controlla. Uno schifo.
