This charming 100 m² apartment in Vougy can accommodate up to 13 guests. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a lovely living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three spacious bedrooms, two of which have en-suite showers, a bathroom and a 300 m² garden.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A living room with TV, double sofa bed and armchairs
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190), a double sofa bed and a bathroom (shower) and toilet
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200) and a sofa bed with bathroom (shower) and toilet. Possibility of adding a single bed.
- Bedroom 3: four single beds
- One bathroom (bath)
- One separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, high chair, cot.
Outside :
- An above-ground swimming pool (unheated) measuring 5.49x2.75x1.35 and open from May 1 to September 30. Pool opening dates are non-contractual.
- A sunny, semi-enclosed garden shared with the owners, with a swing for children.
- A 20 m² west-facing terrace with outdoor furniture.
The apartment is ideally located in Vougy, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Activities :
- In winter, you can enjoy many nearby ski resorts: les Carroz (20 km / about 30 minutes), Flaine (35 km / about 50 minutes), Praz de lys-Sommand (28 km / about 40 minutes), Samoens (25 km / 35 minutes), la Clusaz (45 minutes)

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot. The parking lot is outside and paved, and can accommodate all types of car.
By car, easy travel to all surrounding towns thanks to quick access to the D1205 road and the A40 freeway, between Cluses and Bonneville.

- Pets are welcome free of charge, please specify when booking. It is not allowed to leave your pet alone in the accommodation. The owners will take care of your pet if necessary during your absence.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Sheets provided and beds made upon arrival. Towels not included.
- The first floor of the house is occupied by the owners, who may also use the garden.
- Bicycle hire (road or mountain) available on site for €5 per person per day. Please book with the owner and pay on site.
- A parent is responsible for children's swimming. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual.
