"We enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing week at this property. The views were breathtaking, expecially from the tree swing. There was plenty of room for everyone to be together but if needed also find a quiet momment of sanctuary alone in the many different nooks in and outside the house. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utinsils needed to cook or BBQ outside. Thanks again for a wonderful place for our family to reconnect and rejuvinate."

"Wohnung sehr schön und neu möbliert, sauber und still. Die Schlafzimmer sind auch nachts sehr still, die Matratzen sind aber ziemlich weich, muss man es mögen. Das Bedezimmer hat ein Bodenheizung, sehr angenehm. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Lage super zentral, Geschäfte, Restaurant und Supermarkt 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der Vermieter hat auf unsere Nachrichten immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Als wir angekommen sind, die Handtücher und die Toilettenpapier fehlten, wurden aber sehr schnell...

"Schlüsselübergabe ohne Probleme. Wir sind mit unserer Enkeltochter angereist. Wohnung sauber, Schlafräume nicht abgetrennt. Treppe hoch in die Schlafräume ist eine Herausforderung für ältere Leute nicht zu empfehlen. Problem, es gab keine Schränke nur Kommoden, wir waren auf einer Hochzeit eingeladen und konnte so die Kleidung nur an die Garderobe im Eingangsbereich hängen. Laut vorherigen Bewertungen sollte der Außenbereich nach der Saison 2023 fertig gestellt werden, da ist aber nichts...

"Wir hatten einen ganz schönen Aufenthalt. Von der Unterkunft aus, konnte man alles super mit dem Auto erreichen. "

"Wir haben alle Tage im Essensraum gefroren. In einem Badezimmer wurde es überhaupt nicht warm.Am dritten Tag wurde was an der Heizung gemacht, was aber nicht den gewünschten Erfolg gebracht hat. Die Küchentür lässt sich nicht schließen, was auch dafür sorgt, dass es die gesamte Zeit zieht.Das Haus war dreckig: In einem Schrank waren zwei Unterhosen von den Vormietern. In einem anderen Zimmer waren drei Unterhosen usw....Es lässt sich noch einiges mehr dazu schreiben, worauf ich allerdings...

"Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Unterkunft!Ein für mich wichtiger Hinweis: Wie im Grundriss ersichtlich, ist das "Kinderzimmer" (oder auch "Gaming Room", der im übrigen natürlich bei unseren Kindern sehr gut ankam) nicht in der eigentlichen Wohnung, sondern über den Hausflur des Mehrfamilienhauses zu erreichen. Außerdem ist die Wohnung und das Zimmer durch ein Zahlenschloss zu öffnen. Diese Konstellation ist nicht für jeden geeignet (nächtlicher Toilettengang z.B.). Für uns hat es soweit gepasst, es...

"Fotos und Beschreibung sind erfreulich realistisch.Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.Dank E-Bikes waren wir schnell in der Altstadt oder auf dem Rügendamm....Wir kommen bestimmt wieder Wir vermissten eine Gästeinfo für das TV sowie heißes Wasser mit normalem Wasserstrahl am Spülbecken."
