「The lady at the desk is super helpful! The room was very roomy and had a washing machine which was great. The hotel is close to the bus station, so you can get to Venice very easily! The hotel is kind of dirty. The trash is piled high by the dumpsters. The gate has a code but anyone can open the gate by turning the permanent key (that you also have to do to get out). The free parking was great, the price is super low, so for what we needed it really does deliver. 」

「I cannot say enough about this property, the history, the beautiful furniture, the size and the cleanliness. Nicola could not have been more helpful. He was very prompt to check-in. He explained the history behind the building in the furniture, which was wonderful. He also arranged for our pick up to the airport in the morning. We were meeting and suggested restaurants in the neighborhood, which were also wonderful.」

「Overall property was good. Some things need improvement. Kitchen table and chairs are unsteady and need to be fixed. Kitchen lacks cooking utensils. 「The host is great, responded to the messages quickly and offered some additional info about visiting Venice. We were greeted personally and got a tour around the property. The brand-new unit is very spacious, comfortable, and has a giant terrace. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood and is a 5-minute walk to the train station.
