「The house was very nice! Very peaceful place. The host was so helpful and accommodating. We ended up staying there during a hurricane. There was a back up power system so we never went without power. We had everything we needed. The property caretaker called to check on us and offered help if needed. Very nice people. 「This was like a little oasis at the volcano - so relaxing to come back to after days/evenings spent hiking volcano park. We didn’t get a chance to use the furo outside, but we will definitely make a point to come back again! I actually regret dining out at the local restaurants - it would have been relaxing just to pick up a sandwich from the local shops and hang out at the cottage enjoying the view out of the windows. When we return to volcano village, we won’t be staying anywhere else!」

「You probably shouldn’t post this. The view from the room into the rain forest was lovely but it would be nicer if the cabin had an outdoor sitting space. The amenities were bad- insufficient regular coffee, coffee machine malfunctioned & had to be replaced, thin small towels & only 2, no soap in the dispensers or in the Nivea bottles in the shower, the sink soap dispenser had watered down soap so it was useless. The bed was comfortable however. I would not recommend this unit.」
