It is great place to stau, room was clean, bigger and staff is friendly. I reached at 1am so didnt get free shuttle but they gave me number of global parking shuttle and they charge $10 but you have option. I would recommend this place

Disappointed that window had screen put over for an event and was not able to enjoy river view which I had paid more for. Not offered any discount when explained change
In room coffee service was not complete with creamer etc..

The staff was friendly and helpful with all.
I asked them to give me xtra coffee and they were very nice.
Breakfast was excellent and served with very good extra fresh fruit to help ourselves

Didn't care for the size of the rooms as we had a girl in a wheelchair and couldn't even get it in the room. supposedly the hotel was going thru a renovation.. even tho I did not see any renovations happening...The hotel was a disappointment, the pool and hot tub did not work, it was nearly vacant, hvac in our room didnt work and the exterior doors did not lock for security.
