"Fabulous place and facilities - just wonderful! Only thing that I would have found useful to know prior to arrival is that you only get starter provisions such as shampoo, toilet roll & washing up liquid so if staying longer than a couple of days you will need to stock up on more of these."

"A lot of information on all outdoor activities (big map, lots of folders), however hardly any instructions on how to use the TV, the oven, etc. Otherwise very well equipped (kitchen, towels, even washing cloths (!)), and clean. Large parking lot Arbritel should warn that in this studio, one has to climb a very small ladder to the bed, where you cannot stand upright, because the slanted roof allows, at the lowest part of the roof, hardly any place for your feet. Hence I slept on the couch...

"Superb new flat but poor without no milk or microwave - not everyone in the world drinks black coffee! Superb hotel and treatments but poor service upfront in the email on line booking - fortunately on arrival by having to escalate everything we got our special meal and spa -but don't know why the "total guest service" agents failed before then by neither responding nor booking what we asked for"

"Was very jet lagged which is probably why I didn’t think the checkin process was smooth,as it was all digital. Luckily, we got there before reception closed and they could walk me through app. In Cabin 41 there were bed linens, some cleaning supplies, clothes dry rack, working AC. had to pay extra for a hand towel and a bath towel which I don’t believe was explained in the listing. Living/diningroom was a nice size. There was a picnic table and chairs outside. The bedrooms were tiny and not air...

"Nice bungalow with good outdoor spaces, but with a few issues - some strange lighting arrangements where you have to plug a cable in to turn on a light, and the bedrooms are tiny, with a very noisy/squeaky bunk bed in one of them Decent shower, and kitchen seems well equipped. We were not told that soap and toiletries are not provided, but the host was very communicative and helpful, and dropped some off for us anyway."

"Convenient location in centre and well equipped apartment. Able to reserve parking space in a nearby covered car park. Good sized apartment, only caution is that there is a steep spiral staircase between the kitchen and rest of the apartment. Also a number of steps up to apartment so not suitable for anyone with limited mobility."
