A two-room penthouse apartment on the 2nd floor is well equiped within modern apartment house Villa Bicikleta. It is combined by studio apartment where the sleeping area is separate with spanish wall and additional bedroom with another bathroom. It can accommodate 5 guests. It has two double beds and a sleeping sofa which is most suitable for children. You can enjoy a panoramic sea view from a two big terraces. Enjoy swimming in the pool or you can take a 15 min walk to the endless pebble beach.

Take a break and enjoy your holidays in Istria far away from rushing and worries of our everyday lives. Wake up with birds' songs and drink a cup of coffee on a terrace with a sea view or next to a swimming pool in an intimate and relaxing ambiance. The penthouse apartment on the second floor is our bigest apartment which gives you privacy.

You will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and the Brionian Islands. The apartment has a living area with a sleeping sofa for one person and it is connected with one bedroom with a bed 160x200cm. The whole area is in "L" shape and it is divided with a Spanish wall. There is a contemporary kitchen (an electric 2-plate cooker, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a microwave), a dinning table for 5, a couch/sofa, a bathroom (WC/shower), SAT/TV, and high-speed wi-fi. A covered terrace/loggia (5m2 with a rattan settee) will be your place for relaxing or watching sunsets. In the second bedroom you will find effective fan (ventilator), with a bed 140x200 cm and its own bathroom (WC/shower) and an open terrace (8 m2), ideal for sunbathing. The tourist fee, use of air-conditioner, internet, bed linen, towels, tablecloth and final apartment cleaning are all included in the renting price.
