Guest Houses in Vlorë County

We loved staying at Amalia’s house. Everything was spotless and cozy, and very peaceful and quiet. The courtyard is beautiful and it’s very easy to access the main areas of Gjirokastra with a quick walk up the hill. We’d love to come stay here again!

The location was awesome. Super easy to walk everywhere, fairly level to get to the Bazaar (which is rare based on what we saw). We walked to the castle as well, a bit uphill, but that’s true of every rental in town. All in all A++ for location. The dinner was absolutely delicious…there meatballs were incredible. Breakfast was excellent. The staff was great, super friendly. The room was a great mix of old and modernized. We thought Silver Hill was awesome. I’ve already recommended it...

It was a privilege to stay in the old town next to the castle in Gjirokaster. High above the modern city, next to castle and the old bazaar, it was not only convenient but an experience of a life from another time. Ever wonder what it’s like living way up on the hill in the castle? Last night residing in the old town, adjoining the castle, was that experience. Great property, deserves the high rating they have. Great hospitality, close by high rating restaurant at affordable prices and near by beaches. Can't ask for more in Vlore

The hotel is by the beach and the water is perfect for swimming. They have breakfast included and my room had a balcony with ocean view. Amazing!

Guri’s guesthouse was incredible. The host is so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The place is pristine and very well kept. We had an amazing stay.

I had a studio apartment (without a washer) with view toward the sea. The place was all very clean. And the staff very responsive. My only little complaint is that the hand-held shower head didn’t work — sprayed water all over the place. So had to use the “water fall” shower. But not such a big deal. I hope to come back.

The breakfast was good, but it cost extra.

Our favorite stay during our trip to Albania! Everyone was so kind and made our trip incredible. The restaurant is amazing as is the food and the views! 11/10 would recommend!

We got a room with a single queen sized bed for the wife and I. Room looked like it was just recently built. Modern looking and functional. Plenty of places for your things. It appeared that most rooms had a balcony. Ours had a table with 2 chairs. It was a nice area to decompress after a busy day. We could see the sea from our balcony.
