「It was a privilege to stay in the old town next to the castle in Gjirokaster. High above the modern city, next to castle and the old bazaar, it was not only convenient but an experience of a life from another time. 「I’ve been around more than 20 countries. Hundreds of hotels. I can easily say, one of the most warm and welcome staff I have ever met. Whatever you need; they will help you out. Location is also good, 3 min away from Mango beach and 16 min drive to ksamil. 」

「This hotel is absolutely awesome in all respects. The craftsmanship of the interior as well as the decor immediately stands out. It's obvious that the housekeeping staff know their jobs as everything is immaculate. The extremely comfortable bed was simply the best and the breakfast was delicious. Parking was easy but this is the off season of course. I highly recommend this property. 」

「The hotel was new and well appointed. The view was amazing. The bed was very comfortable. However, the staff were particularly unfriendly bordering on rude. The breakfast was limited. The stairs were constantly wet. The area was under development and this was not mentioned in the hotel description. The area was not accessible to shops/restaurant on foot. Particularly hard for older people. 」

「Great breakfast. Parking was down the lane but we were able to drop our suitcases off first. Located on a quiet road and an easy five minute walk to the bazaar. Spotless bathroom and comfortable bed. 」

My room was very clean and comfortable with sheets and towels changed daily. The balcony had a great view of the mountains and lake Ksamil. I feel the room could have been in slightly better condition as some small things were broken or close to the end of their life such as the toilet brush and bin. I would have appreciated some small additions such as a chair...
