サランダのフェリー港から徒歩5分～10分弱でした。港から1本道なので迷うことは無いと思います。部屋は5階建てで2階からが客室でした。部屋は清潔です。エレベーターが無いので荷物が多い人は大変かもしれません。ホテルから徒歩1分でプライベートビーチ（岩、または砂利ですが）です。海もビーチもとてもきれいです。近くに小さなコンビニの様なお店が2件あるのでお水などには困らないと思います。

Fin beliggenhed direkte til strand.

Lille hyggeligt familiedrevet hotel, hvor værelserne er spartansk møbleret, men med en beliggenhed og udsigt direkte til havet og Korfu. Fine altaner med plads til bord og stole. Strandstole og parasoller med i prisen. Morgenmaden er tilstrækkelig og fint. Egen restaurant ved stranden. Spisesteder i nærheden.

Do not sleep here

Uninterested staff that didn’t show us up to the room left us with an first bad impression. When we finally found our way to the room it was not cleaned in a proper way. Piss on the toilet, garbage on the floor and the bed was not made. On top of this they had put “clean” towels in the bathroom and on the bed? We just returned the key and left without saying anything really.

3 YÖTÄ SARANDASSA

Olimme neljän hengen huoneessa kolme yötä kyseisessä hotellissa. Huoneessa ei ollut ennakkotiedosta poiketen vuodesohvaa, vaan kaksi yhden hengen sänkyä ja parisänky. Parveke oli iso ja hieno näkymä merelle. 10 min kävelymatka keskustaan. Aamiainen oli kevyt mutta riittävä. Hotellilla private beach hotellin edustalla, missä tuolit ilmaisia mutta ranta hieman kivikkoinen.Hotellissa hyvä hinta/laatu-suhde, 90€/yö elokuussa. Kylpyhuone/wc oli pieni ja suihkussa käydessä koko kylppäri oli märkä. Lähistöllä paljon ruokapaikkoja ja useampi pieni kauppa.

Horrible!

This is a real review, not a fake one. This "hotel" is a awful in most ways. First of all I booked (and payed) the room in january and arrived in may (I arrived late but did call them in advance and told them), but at arrival they told me I could only stay in the room they got for me one night and then I had to move to another room, the reason being I have only booked a room for two but today they didnt have that only a family room. So what happen is that even if I already payed and booked the room long time ago they rented it to someone else ("overbooked" like American Airways). The room itself is horrible, the toilet is minimal and in a not so smart way the door open inwarts hitting the toilet so you cant almost get in yourself (Im quite small person, if you are fat you will not be able at all). They only clean the room sometimes, one of the days we had already left the hotel about 10.00 and when we came back in the evening it was completely untouched. The reception is not properly manned. Also I could not see there where any cleaning staff anywhere in the morning in this small hotel. There are ants in the room. About the location: Sarande is a small town and regarding that this hotel is relatively far from the centre and there is absolutely nothing of interests for anyone in this area. All other hotels is better located. The "beach" in front of the hotel is stone/concrete stuff not suitable for bathing in any way and nobody does. Parking is a narrow horror

Strandnært, flott utsikt, rent hotell.

Flott service, rent rom, selv om fasilitetene fremsto som (unødvendig) uferdige; eneste lyskilde i hovedrommet var "grell" lyspære/sparepære i taket (ingen leselys over sengen - uforståelig, og slik var det på samtlige rom). Med relativt enkle midler kunne nok hotel Piccolino fremstått i en helt annen klasse enn det gjør pr. i dag. Understrekes; -meget god og hyggelig service, flott frokost og hyggelig pris.

Hotel prowadzony przez rodzinę, która stara się jak może żeby zapewnić wszytko co potrzebne.Pyszne śniadania w formie bufetu. Czysto. Pościel i ręczniki zmieniane kilkakrotnie w czasie naszego 9 dniowego pobytu. Z własną plażą. Polecamy!
