This was family owned and the owner named it after her daughter when purchased, She is an amazing owner she and her crew take care of everything at anytime, cleanest hotel you ever will see , right on the beach with most comfortable chairs of any nearby hotel , if you are staying in area , best value you will find perfect place for our stay , by the way Butrint is a great day trip , UNESCO fantastic

The rooms with the sea view are phenomenal. I was concerned that the lounge chairs would be too packed together, and they were fine. If you have a room you get two lounge chairs/pergola assigned to you, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel has no need of an official office, as the owner and staff are always at a table by the bar. They are all super friendly and helpful.

Beautiful little gem

Fab location, beautifully clean beach hotel. Quite at night buzzy by day. Would stay again without hesitation. Home cooked breakfast especially the pancakes was lovely

Great place on the beach

Perfect place to relax and enjoy. The hosts were amazingly hospitable and welcoming. The bar by the beach had great friendly service. The apartment unit has a wonderful private balcony overlooking the beach. The location is perfect for enjoying the town at night. The place had a washing machine so we were able to do our laundry. Parking on site. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was good also. Highly recommend!

We loved Vila Era Beach Hotel! Our room was amazing with a great balcony overlooking the sea. We rented the apartment and it was spotlessly clean and very spacious at a great price. The bar and restaurant were great and the beach was wonderful. The very best thing about the Vila Era was the kind and generous owners and staff. Definitely a 10 out of 10!

Vi hade uppgraderat rummet till en svit och fått bekräftelse på ett större rum med plats för fyra personer. Nu fick vi endast ett mindre rum med plats för tre personer vilket gjorde det trångt för oss med bagage etc. Skulle även haft en större terrass, men det fanns ej. Svaret vi fick från personalen, var att det var fullbokat på hotellet och att detta rum var passande för en vuxen med två barn. De tog ingen hänsyn till att vi bokat och betalt för ett större rum. Nonchalant bemötande. Balkongdörren var trasig och gick inte att låsa. Oisolerade rum, så alla ljud hördes från grannarna. Dock bra läge på hotellet.

Vi kom tidigare än beräknat. Eftersom det var bortåt 40 grader varmt ute så var vi lite trötta efter resandet från Corfu. Värdinnan på hotellet bad oss sitta ner och andas ut. Vi tog lite dryck i baren och innan vi ens hunnit dricka ur var vårt rum klart! Rummet var helt ok i storlek. Ballkong med utsikt över havet. Bara en trappa ner så var man på stranden. Perfekt att det ingick 2 solsängar. Även om vi var 4 pers så räckte det. Bäddsoffan var lite hård tyckte sonen och mannen. Läget bra i förhållande till stad och restauranger. Tyst och bra på kväll/natt. Upplevde bara korta inslag av hög musik. Blandad ålder på gäster. Både barnfamiljer och äldre.

Ein sehr schönes kleines Hotel am nördlichen Rand von Sarande. Das tolle ist man hat die Liegen mit Schirm inkl.,hat einen tollen Strand, leckeres Frühstück, schöne saubere Zimmer mit Meerblick, sehr nettes Personal und auch einen Parkplatz. Das Hotel ist klein und auch für Musik am Strand angenehm. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen. Man hat fußläufig tolle Restaurants und bis zur Marina sind es knapp 20 Minuten zu Fuß.

Perfekt boende på alla sätt

Välkomnande boende som för första gången på länge gör det mesta rätt! Boendet Rent och modernt rum med balkong ut mot strand och hav. Skön AC och snabbt Wi-Fi som täcker såväl rum som restaurang och strand. Stranden Boendet har sin egen strand där ett parasoll och två solbäddar ingår. Stranden består av mellanstora stenar - ingen sand som fastnar överallt. Det blir snabbt djupt i vattnet, så ha koll på eventuella barn och personer som inte kan simma. Badvakt finns. I direkt anslutning till stranden kan man även hyra jetski. Det var väldigt lite trafik runt uthyrningen - så absolut inget som störde oss. Restaurang/bar Boendet har sin egen restaurang och en separat bar. Bägge placerade i direkt anslutning till rum och strand. Frukosten får fem av fem möjliga stjärnor. De accepterar kontanter i lokal valuta eller Euro. Parkering Gratis parkering inne på området. Det är trångt men kändes säkert. Man lämnar sin nyckel till personalen som sedan flyttar bilarna vid behov eftersom de står på rad. Vi kör en VW California Ocean (camper van) men den fick plats. Däremot var jag av försäkringsskäl inte bekväm med att lämna nycklarna och låta någon annan köra - så jag fick vid 3-4 tillfällen lämna stranden för att själv parkera om bilen. Inget stort problem - snarare en del av charmen. Närområdet Boendet ligger lugnt utan störande gator eller barer. Med det sagt tar det inte många minuter att gå ner till den populära hamnen. Vi fick stanna kvar på stranden efter utcheckning!

Da migliorare

Il soggiorno a Vila Era poteva essere senza dubbio migliore. Si trova a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal centro di Saranda. Avevamo prenotato una stanza vista mare ed in realtà il mare non si vedeva perché eravamo al piano terreno con una tettoia davanti. La camera era grande ma in condizioni che lasciavano desiderare. Il peggio è stato il condizionatore che faceva un rumore insopportabile che dalla reception ci avevano detto avrebbero risolto la così non è stato. Colazione essenziale. La spiaggia ed i lettini sembrano belli ma non ne abbiamo usufruito.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist stimmig. Die Zimmer sind gut. Was ich richtig toll fand war, dass jedes Zimmer am Strand einen zugewiesenen Schirm mit Liegen hatte. Das einzige was mich gestört hat war, dass es am Strand sehr beengt und laut war. Und es fehlt ein Pool.

Fantastisk beliggenhet på stranden og nydelig plass, men stein strand som er vonde å gå på. Personalet er veldig hyggelig og behjelpsom, super hyggelig familie drevet hotell. Man må selv be om rengjøring av rom og nye håndklær, som de gledelig ordner. Hotels.com gir feil info ifht rom man får.

Paradise by the sea

If you come here you'll never want to leave. Staff are excellent with anything you need. Breakfast is delicious. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and with a good size balcony which you need in hot weather. The location is great as its right on the beach and 20 into the center of town if your walking with shops, restaurants and bars around.
