"The property is clean and the kitchen well stocked. The bed was not great, a little creaky. They should provide shampoo, as this is standard in most places. We had an ongoing issue with check in for months prior to our arrival. We had to call the German company who manages the bookings and this resulted in another call to a Czech property manager who eventually got us in. They should use Expedia messaging communication to simplify the experience for customers. I would stay there again, if the...

"Karpacz 3 Maja 66 to miejsce tragiczne pod każdym względem. Takiego syfu i smrodu dawno nie widziałem. Paskudna śmierdząca klatka schodowa, rozbite szyby w drzwiach, przegnite wykładziny. W "apartamencie" prawie wszystko nie działa. Przepalone żarówki, niesprawna kuchenka, brudne łóżka. Pościel nieprzygotowana, samemu musieliśmy ją powlekać w poszewki. Top Vlčice Hotel Reviews

Tremonti Hotel Karpacz

10/10 Excellent

"Based on my travel experience- Tremonti Hotel Karpacz is really high on my list. Adventages: location, hested outdoor swimming pool, breakfast. Disadventages: maybe a little bit overcrovded (espacially at weekends). I was satisfied."

Hotel Zelený Potok

10/10 Excellent

"I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect — the hotel was spotlessly clean, the view was absolutely amazing, and the beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of food. The service was outstanding, and all the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. You can really feel that they care about their guests. I was truly impressed and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"
