O importante Não é o hospede.

O hotel é antigo e demonstra isso tanto nas instalacoes - paredes manchadas e com rachaduras e moveis velhos - quanto nos procedimentos. O lema do hotel (onde o importante é você) parece piada, pois tudo o que nao importa é o hospede. Exemplo: entregam uma toalha de praia para cada hospede. Se pede outra ou mesmo pede pra trocar uma suja de areia por outra limpa pra piscina a resposta é não. Se pede uma chave extra ( só há uma por quarto, mesmo se há mais hospedes) a resposta é não. E assim por diante. Importam as regras rigidas e meio sem sentido. O café da manhã tem muitos itens, mas muitos sem sentido, como salgadinhos. No fim de semana colocaram sucos de polpa, parecendo que queriam descarregar o estoque. As refeicoes sao mal empratadas, com quantidade exagerada e parecendo jogadas no prato de qq forma. Surpreendente é esse hotel aparecer como 4 estrelas em sites. Só se for pela localização, que realmente é boa, e a vista.Os funcionarios parecem bem intencionados mas precisam de treinamento em atendimento ao cliente pois se focam no que nao pode e nao em tentar viabilizar as coisas para o hospede.

Rasoável para ruim .

Tinha expectativa que fosse melhor. O apartamento standard que fiquei, é de acesso muito ruim. Tem muitos degraus para acessá-lo. Fica próximo de onde pescadores limpam peixes, na saladinha não tem cheiro agradável. Apartamento na ala antiga. Velho.

I would highly recommend this stunning hotel to any travelers. Beyond helpful staff, great facilities, great breakfast, two large pools. Very close walking distance to all things you may need - beach, pharmacy, grocery, restaurants. Cant wait to come back.

Gostei muito da minha estadia.

Gostei muito da estadia no hotel, fiquei em um quarto grande, com 2 quartos, sala e banheiro. O café da manhã é farto e variado. Dormir ouvindo o som do mar não tem preço, foi ótimo, pois meu quarto era bem próximo ao mar. Os funcionários do hotel foram solícitos e atenciosos em tudo. A localização é ótima. O hotel é antigo sim, mas nada que impeça o seu bom funcionamento.
