Villa Zara is located in the village of Radoši near Višnjan, in the interior of Istria. The interior of the villa is 220 m² and consists of 2 floors - ground floor and upper floor. On the ground floor there is an open plan space consisting of a living room, kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with the appliances you might need to prepare meals - there is a filter coffee maker, kettle, microwave, oven and cooking utensils. The living room has a large sofa, ideal for relaxing in the afternoon. There is also an indoor fireplace that provides a pleasant atmosphere on colder days. The room has glass walls that let in natural light while creating the illusion of a connection between inside and out.
Of the 4 bedrooms in the villa, 2 are on the ground floor and the other 2 are on the 1st floor. 3 rooms are equipped with double beds, while 1 has 2 beds for 1 person. 1 bedroom on the ground floor has access to the outdoor terrace and 1 bedroom on the 1st floor has access to a balcony with a lounge area. The villa has 4 bathrooms with walk in showers. All bathrooms are equipped with towels, hairdryers and toiletries.
In the courtyard of the villa you will find several areas for relaxation - an outdoor dining area, a sundeck and a sitting area with a comfortable couch and armchairs. There is, of course, a 35m² swimming pool, ideal for refreshing yourself on hot summer days. In the basement of the house there is an indoor wellness area where you will find infrared sauna and home gym. If you need a washing machine during your stay, that is also provided - there is a laundry and ironing area in the villa.
After you've played a game of table tennis or darts, head out of the villa and you'll find many interesting things to do and see. Near the villa is the Baredine cave, a karst underground cave with guided tours. While you're in the area, don't miss a visit to the Višnjan Observatory, where you can educate yourself and admire the clear starry sky.
