「Bra upplevelse, bra område som har pool i närheten och stranden. Det finns kök och köksverktyg så vi kunde laga mat själva även riskokare och vattenkokare fungerade ej men vi hade löst på ett annat sätt. Vi kokade ris och vatten i kastrull istället. Lägenhetsägaren var trevliga och även deras manager så jag kan rekommendera att bo där om man vill bo på en lugnare område och prisvärt. 」

「The room is a disappointment. The pungent smell of the drainage in the room near the kitchen greets you as you open the door. The general appearance of the unit is fair. Very used sofa and beddings. The masters bathroom is locked and not usable leaving us with 1 decent full bathroom and a dirty small bathroom in the maid's room which was counted as a 3rd room and is not livable. Too hot with no windows with a big faucet in the room. This is the area where the bad smell is coming from. We did...

「The apartment is perfect. WIth everything you need for a short or lang stay. We stayed a month. The location is ideal for the beautifull beaches or to explore Bohol and the city of Tagbilaran. It is quiet and the staff is very nice and helpfull. If possible we will stay again.」

「Great location close to the airport, 8 minutes max. The building and Room were excellent for the price, spacious living area and bathroom, hot shower, comfy bed, very clean, water dispenser and cooking facilities, cold aircon. Coupla minutes walk to 2 malls and eateries. Expedia stuffed up my Booking but the owner/ manager Rea resolved it in a few minutes, even upgraded our room, would definitely recommend and stay here again. 」

「New apartment but nowhere near downtown, it was almost walking distance to the airport even though when I researched it before booking Google maps has it near downtown. Another problem is that the AC is woefully inadequate for the size of the apartment so it never gets cool enough plus the AC is the old box type and not inverter so it's somewhat noisy. On the upside it's a huge apartment with a TV with YouTube connectivity so there is plenty to watch. It's a new place so if you don't mind it...
