「The Hall Bathroom door is very difficult to close. The door needs to be adjusted.The dining room chair have got to be replaced. The vinyl backs are all split and ready to fall apart. Possibly a safety issue at this point. The chains for the rear window shades are broken and not working properly.Two of the rear windows are clouding up due to the broken vacuum seal between the glass panes. 」

「This unit was exactly as described in the pictures. Only 4 min to Monticello, and 15 min from UVA, this location was fantastic. But what was best was the management. There was a miscommunication on my part and they managed it professionally, courteously, and with grace. The true colors show not when everything goes smoothly, but when there are bumps in the road, and this management handled it very well. Would definitely stay here, and recommend to all my friends in the future.」

The bed was easy to sleep on, the kitchenette had all we needed to make our meals, and the hot water was very hot. It was really nice to be able to ski right there to drop off a layer of clothes when we got too hot skiing.」

「Amazing stay at the Wintergreen Resort. There was a shuttle service that took us to the Mountain Inn and slopes, and the accommodations offered were superb. The home was clean, cozy and in amazing shape. The kitchen had cooking supplies and utensils, plus some spices as a bonus! It was perfect for my family of 5! Definitely will be back. I highly recommend this stay!!! 3」

「This trip to snowshoe was a lot of fun. The room was nice and our kids loved it. They have google voice activated lights which were a hit with the kids as well as the bunk beds. I did have to contact Tim (the host) over VRBOs mistake by charging us and he was extremely helpful and understanding. Finally we were able to get the charges from VRBO resolved through our bank. We would 100% go directly through the host and avoid VRBO at all costs. 」
