「Cannot say enough about Amy and her staff. They really make the difference. Amy was always willing to help, to find solutions and was extremely courteous, professional and warm - she made the difference. Saying bye to Amy and her team was the saddest part of the trip. 「Very nice hotel. Great staff. Only thing that was not great was anyone under 18 cannot access 3 restaurants and cannot access the Marketplace, where they are permitted to eat, from inside the hotel. You must take a golf cart ride from the front out of the lobby all the way to the back of the property to and from. It is strange that logistically there is not indoor access.」
