"The air conditioning in the room was broken and the hotel was completely booked so they gave us a fan to help but the room temperature was still uncomfortably warm. The hotel manager was incredibly nice and helpful when we checked out but the night was very unpleasant. "

Being on the ground floor, there was some noise from the upstairs neighbors however the owners were super responsive and intend to mitigate with sound machines.
