Welcome! Located on Sandpiper Road, just steps away from the public access path to the beach, Anchor Down greets you with its trendy tranquility.
The first-floor entry allows for easy access to the well-equipped kitchen, living space, and bedrooms. With an option of two pullout beds for fourteen people with five and a half bathrooms, Anchor Down provides space and fun for families, small or large parties.
Multiple TVs with port accessibility for your own gaming and two large smart TVs (one located in the living space and one in the pool room) provide indoor entertainment. The outdoor in-ground pool, lounge area, grill, patio set, and bar are the perfect set up for catching some rays with outdoor entertainment options. The fully equipped pool house offers a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, full bathroom, and couch, making this a convenient spot for quick snacks and a nice place to hang out.
Anchor Down is a short walk from the Sandbridge Market, offering everything you need from fresh fruit, premade foods, hand-cut steaks, steamed shrimp, incredible house-made doughnuts, toiletries, wine, and beer. You are also close to the Sandbridge Shoppes, a great option for Sandbridge apparel, beach accessories, ice cream, and a restaurant offering steam pots and lobster rolls!
Not only does Anchor Down’s interior make for a bright and cheery stay, but its unique look-out room also offers beach views and a quiet place to unwind, so anchor down and enjoy the best of Sandbridge Beach while feeling right at home. Please be aware that this home is not Pet-friendly due to the owner's severe allergies.
THINGS TO KNOW
The pool cabana is winterized (and not operational) from the beginning of November through the end of March of each year.
The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
