All rooms have oceanfront balconies. There are indoor pool and hot tub. Reception is efficient and helpful. Although no continental breakfast available, the coffee station at lobby is well stocked and easy. Free parking on premises. Convenient shopping nearby.

Bad smell when u came into the facilty and room mildew like. In need of a renovation or upgrade out date rooms. Not what pictures online descriptive. Tvs the size of a 32inch in each room. Pool is small. BATHTUBS IN NEED OF A MAJOR REDO.The AC need to be cleaned and rooms need better cleaning.

Le personnel à la réception était en général peu acceuillant et pas aidant. Pas souriant, air bête. J'ai passé 8 nuits et ma chambre a été nettoyé seulement la veille de mon départ. L'hôtel est bien situé et belle vue sur la mer.

The food at the Indian restraunt was good. Great view of the ocean and beach. Room was large and divided into 2 sections. The bad: Physically broken outlet in room Requested clean towels twice and never got them Room was not cleaned properly before we arrived broken tiles in bathroom Shower wand would not stay in upright position Toilet paper roll holder was falling off the wall Table lamp did not turn on Coffee in room was not good, the free coffee in the lobby was great but slow and had to travel to the first floor to get it. No snack machines at all. Soda and ice limited to only 3 out of 8 floors, so you have to hop on the elevator to get a $3.00 bottle of water I would never recommend this hotel to anyone , nor would I ever go back. also the only people that spoke English were at the main desk. I dont know who owns or runs this hotel , but they have no business being in the hotel industry

Our brief Virginia Beach trip couldn’t have been any easier! I arrived with my sister and her wheelchair, and as promised, they had an accessible room for us with an oceanfront view. I didn’t expect to also get a balcony, a small kitchen, a separate living area. They were very kind to give us the option of parking in the handicap zones right in front or complimentary parking across the street in the garage. My car does better under cover, so this was extremely helpful. There’s a beach shop right across the street from the hotel for anything you might’ve forgotten. There is a breakfast buffet just around the corner. There’s a wheelchair boardwalk straight out to the beach adjacent to the hotel. Lifeguard on duty. Easy access to everything a short walk to the amusements and the pier and any rentals you can think of. I would do this again. This is quite the opposite from my last review of my Ocean City, Maryland experience.

Bathroom shower leaked into the bathroom every use. Soaked the entire floor. Perfect view of the ocean. Walking distance to several restaurants and activities.

It was truly a vacation, enjoyed the scenery. The ocean was clean and nice and shopping was amazing.. Great location staff was amazing.. definitely wouldn't recommend and will me back ❤️

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel for the last several years, excluding last year when we went on family vacation elsewhere. We were last there in summer 2023 before this past week and I feel like the hotel has dramatically gone down hill. Any investments in the hotel went to the new Indian restaurant. We arrived around 230 and were advised if we wanted to check in early it would a $25 fee. The last time we were there, we arrived a few hours before checking in and decided to go get lunch while we waited on a room to be available. They called us around 130 and said we could check in with no fee. Not this year. We had a room on the 3rd floor diagonal from the laundry/ice room. I should have requested to be moved as people get ice at all hours of the night. Plus, when the machine gets too full it would just drop ice on its own. The beds need replaced as they are so worn out and uncomfortable. Someone else on my floor thought the same as I saw a box for a mattress topper outside of their room. I even tried sleeping on a blanket for more cushioning and still sunk in. The room looked generally clean when we arrived but we were missing bath towels and a bath mat. There were also gross splatters on the bathroom wall above the cabinet above the toilet that appear to have been there a while. I think the worst part was the noise. Never had a problem with this before in all of the times I stayed but this time, other guests were loud at all hours of the night/morning.

Budget friendly hotel if you don't have high expectations. Great location, great view from the balcony. We chose the upgraded room with some renovations. Would be much nicer if there was a dresser and coffee table in the living area. There was no place to put anything for the person who was staying on the pullout couch. Just the floor. Kitchen area was nice to have but sparsely equipped. AC was cold, but extremely loud. At night, it was like sleeping in the engine room of a boat.
