Almost but not quite
House is very close to the beach, and lots of the beach side fun. Home has a lot of great "old home" character. There is a lot of space to spread out for a big family. What they don't tell you is the house is located on a one way street, next to an encomy travel lodge and the parking situation is awful, especially for a big family with multiple cars. The driveway is an easement and the spots are tight for bigger cars. We got lucky because one of the homes in back was empty so we had an extra parking spot, but there is not street parking after 6pm. Also while older houses have obvious expectations, some of this was poor maintenance. The faucet handles were all loose, the blinds were hanging on by a thread, dresser drawers were broken and unusable. On more than one occasion someone got stuck in the bathroom because the door handles would fall off or jam. It also was annoying that there were only 2 keys for the size of our group. Lastly, I get not supplying paper products etc but maybe one roll of toilet paper so you can at least go to the bathroom upon arrival before you go shopping? Again, great spot close to all things beach and great space for everyone.... Just not quite what we thought
