We are thrilled to present 'Beach Haven,' a professionally decorated condo offering everything you need for an unforgettable Sandbridge vacation. This stunning unit boasts direct ocean and beach views, with beautiful natural light filling every room.

'Beach Haven' features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The spacious primary suite includes a king bed, private balcony access with a gorgeous ocean view – perfect for watching the sunrise! It also offers a large walk-in closet and a luxurious private bath with a jacuzzi-style tub, double sinks, and a separate shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen bed and a large desk for any remote work needs. The third bedroom is ideal for families, offering two sets of twin bunk beds that can sleep up to four guests. These two bedrooms share a large hall bath. For your entertainment, all bedrooms are equipped with new SMART TVs. Just remember to bring your passwords!

The large kitchen, recently updated with a new refrigerator, microwave, and wine/beverage fridge, offers a stunning ocean view. You'll also find a convenient coffee station with a Keurig one-cup, French Press, and drip coffee maker. The kitchen is fully stocked with ample dinnerware, flatware, cooking, and bakeware, and it opens to a spacious dining room with seating for eight, making serving and clean-up a breeze. The dining room flows into the living room, which features a wall of windows overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The living room is anchored by a brand new 55” SMART-TV with comfortable seating for everyone and provides easy access to the large balcony.

Sandbridge Dunes Condominium is located directly on the Atlantic Ocean, with convenient access to a market and restaurants. The building's atrium offers a large in-ground pool with plenty of tables, chairs, and chaises for relaxation. Outdoor showers and bathrooms are also available on the pool deck. Adjacent to your dedicated, covered parking space, you'll find a large locked closet perfect for storing your beach equipment (chairs, wagons, toys). Please note that all these condo amenities, including pool use, are restricted to tenants only.

**Important Parking Information:**

* EV Parking is **NOT** permitted inside the parking garage or in designated areas outside the building due to proximity concerns.
* Any additional parking without signs is permitted, but please be aware that these spots are limited.
* The indoor parking garage has a height limit of 6 feet 4 inches. Large vehicles with rooftop luggage racks must park in spaces outside the garage.
* Tenants must use their assigned parking space in the covered garage if their vehicle fits.
* Extra-wide, jumbo, or oversized trucks must park outside the parking garage near the entrance.

The location is perfect just a short walk to the beach. However the place was dirty. My 1 year old grandson knees and hands were black after crawling on the floor.

Sandbridge Beach Vacation

We loved this property and loved staying in Sandbridge. The property was very well maintained, the check-in process very convenient and easy, and the area was exactly what we were looking for - family friendly and quiet but also close to many restaurants and attractions (plus the store/restaurant across the street is super convenient). Our whole family had a great time, so much so that we plan to be back again next year.

Great Va Beach Location

The house was mostly as pictured, however there were a couple of recliners missing that were shown and we were expecting in the living room. The views from this rental are exceptional! The rooms stayed cool, lots of space for each family to have privacy. Cabinets well stocked with dishes, pots, etc. Loved having the option to do laundry. There are quite a few things that could stand to be updated/replaced in the condo. The couch cushions are ripped/coming apart/misshapen. The sliding door to the balcony from the master is off of the track and really not usable. Ice maker in the refrigerator does not work properly, the drawer inside is cracked. There are many pieces of furniture that felt weak, wobbly or have broken corners and aren't visually appealing. None of these gripes made the vacation any less enjoyable, however the condo could really use some new furniture. I don't normally nit pick, but there were just too many things not to make mention of them.The pool was a great addition for our daughter. We saw it being cleaned daily and we felt like it was never too crowded to use. There was a problem with one of the elevators during our stay, but we were able to use the 2nd elevator or the stairs.

Sunrise Views

Highly recommend this property. Definitely has a wow factor when you walk in for the first time. Unobstructed ocean views turned us from night owls to early birds just so we could see the beautiful sunrises. The dolphins pods were an added bonus. Loved being on the second floor with easy access to the stairs. Pool area is clean but there is no on site drink/snack bar. Duck donuts were no match for the Sandbridge market donuts. Plenty of Shopping/Food options 10 minutes drive but getting to the Virginia Beach boardwalk was 30 minutes away, a bit of a drag. If you want a low key family vacation this is a perfect spot.

Nice Location

The overall cleanliness of the property was good and the location was excellent. Perfect view of the ocean with beautiful sunrises. The biggest complaints I have about the property was the master suite bed, the bed was small and in much need of a new mattress. The master room was huge and could have very easily have handled a King bed which is always a plus and I feel would make the place more inviting. The other complaint was the balcony door would not lock which would have been a concern if we would have had young kids with us. You should also be aware that you will have a code you need to use to get into the parking area and again to get into the elevator area and once again to get onto the elevator. Then you will have a different code to get into your room. Which at first was a little overwhelming, but you get use to it as the week goes on. All in all the place was very nice and clean and we had an excellent week despite the bed situation which is the only thing that would keep me from renting this place again.

Great condo for a family vacation with a few minor inconveniences

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really loved this condo. It was incredibly spacious and the view of the water was unbeatable. The place was pretty well stocked with all the amenities you need for a week-long stay. The access to the beach was quick and easy, and the extra storage closet in the parking garage was a huge help. With one of our family members in a wheelchair, accessibility was incredibly important to us. The pool was also great for the kids. The only few complaints we had were: the code that was emailed to us for access to the condo did not work. We had to call the emergency line when we arrived at 8pm to get a different code. Also, it was never made clear that there was a different code to access the parking garage and elevator. Also, the height of the parking garage is too low for travelers with SUVs with luggage racks on top. We had to remove ours in the parking lot before parking in the garage. Finally, the cleanliness of the condo itself was lacking. We found old goldfish, toys, and crayons under the furniture, and everything was a bit dusty. There were also several minor cosmetic issues and a few broken items here and there around the condo, but nothing that affected our stay. Besides those few things our vacation was wonderful, and we would recommend.

There were a few issues, balcony door didn't lock, washer didn't always work and our security code door died and maintenance had to come out but aside from that, it's a great location, beautiful view, easy walk to the beach and was clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful experience

Very clean, huge condo. The first day, the A/C was not working. It was a Sunday, so I didn't call until Monday morning and they immediately sent the maintenance man and called HVAC people to work on it. Had it fixed within a couple hours. The management was very friendly and easy to work with.

Nice family getaway

The property is beautiful, sparsely decorated, the kitchen is VERY well equipped! Lots of space! We didn’t even use one of the bedrooms. I thought the cleaning fee was steep, the propert manager claimed the property had just had a deep clean but the moment we entered the condo there was an overwhelming smell of dog. It says all over the property no pets but definitely have had pets in this condo, unsure of this unit’s policy., we did not have pets. I have a five year old, when a toy rolled under the couch we moved the furniture to retrieve it the floor was disgusting, the rugs had animal hair imbedded in them abd had clearly not been vaccuumed. But despite the overall cleanliness our stay was EXCELLENT! The mgmt company was attentive when contacted and our overall stay was wonderful, would definitely recommend this property.

2nd time in this condo. Coincidence we ended up here again. It was cleaner than before! Wifi still horrible, could never work remote here! Condo redecorated with a beach vibe, cheaper more modern decor. Before it had a home feel. 5 day getaway, it served its purpose. 😊

Located directly across the street from the beach, this property has the perfect location and views. Amazing (big!) balcony overlooking the ocean. The condo itself is a little worn down and could use some basic repairs (e.g., cracked baseboards and sections of flooring in master bath), fresh paint, some updated furnishings, and a thorough cleaning. Overall, a good stay.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great view. My wife noticed the return vent was extremely dusty. We had to vacuum the rug under the kitchen table and the bedrooms. The vent in the kitchen and living room (ceiling) looked to have mold around the edges. A big stain on the dining room ceiling (water damage?) should be painted. Odd marks on random walls in the room. When opening the curtain the curtain and rod fell down. The center coffee table was broken at the bottom, called beach pros and they said they were aware (didn’t replace it) and the piece that fell had a screw in it(tried to fix it). Overall the view was great and the price was fair for the season, but overall I wouldn’t go back. Also, if you have a family and are staying for a while and pack a dolly/cart at this rental. Security codes for access to the stairs and elevators is great, but difficult to manage if you are unloading or loading your car by yourself. You have a “closet” in the basement for each room, store dollies in them.

Relaxing & quiet family vacation

My husband and I enjoyed our time with our two sons before they both head back to college. We just wanted peaceful time without the ruckus of crowded beaches & restaurants. This was perfect for us.
