Nestled on 18th Street in Virginia Beach's renowned ViBe District, this cozy cottage offers two private rentals, each with their own exterior entrances and "spaces." This unit, just three walking blocks from the beach and boardwalk, is ideal for exploring nearby boutiques, restaurants, coffee shops, farmers markets, and gyms. It's also a short stroll to the Convention Center, Sports Center, and the soon-to-be-completed Atlantic Park, the new Wave Park and Dome Entertainment Venue one block east.

Please note: The rental is close to Frank & Patty's, a local burger joint open late on weekends—light sleepers may want to explore quieter accommodations in our portfolio.

Property Details:
Designed to comfortably host 4 guests, this fully furnished rental includes:

2 Bedrooms:
​​​​​​​A queen bedroom & a twin bedroom (two twin-sized beds).
1 Full Bathroom: Hallway bath with shower/bathtub combo.

The living room welcomes you with a cozy couch, a large smart TV, and cable for entertainment. Free WiFi ensures uninterrupted connectivity.

A modern kitchen overlooks the living area and features:
Cooktop, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer.
Kitchen bar with seating for 4.
Full cookware, china, and glassware for four (pots/pans stored in the island).

Step outside to a shaded back deck with a picnic table for al fresco dining. The deck is shared with the upstairs unit (508B). Please leash any approved pups as the backyard isn't fully enclosed.

Additional Details:
Starter pack of toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels provided; guests replenish as needed.
Local ViBe District attractions include surf/skate culture, live music, artisan shops, distilled spirits, and more.

Our family had a great time. The house is very clean and well maintained, everything was in working order and we had everything we needed. Great location, quiet street in the off-season, lots of nice restaurants, beer gardens, coffee shops just a short walk away.

The location is both a blessing and a curse. Easy (ish) walk to the beach for mobile folks. Families with small children or folks that are less mobile may struggle. Tons of amazing food and drink options (for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or late nights) are within a block. But, that does run the risk of noise for anyone wanting to get in bed early or are light sleepers. The house is sandwiched between a late night eatery and a microbrew. Live music can run to 10 pm at either. But folks chatting or leaving either bar can run well past midnight. We went in the off season, so this honestly didn’t bother us; and wish we had more time to take advantage of these! The house itself is all you need. Bathroom is a little small, but “good enough”. Two complaints about the house is that the blinds let through all the light. Definitely bring a sleeping mask if you are staying here, but recommend the owners install curtains over the blinds. The other issue is the backyard is a shared space with the apartment upstairs (no one was renting upstairs when we were there, so unsure if that’s a potential noise issue). A little bit of a privacy “meh”, but also means pets can’t stay in the backyard off leash. There’s a few gaps in fences or under the house that might prevent this in general though. Overall great stay and location for us, but I think some potential renter could have serious issues with the setup as advertised.

Overall a great choice for us. The patio could use a deck box to have the cushions stored in as they were quite dirty. The squirrel family also had a little fun with one of the cushions. The carpet in the second bedroom could use a cleaning. The gutters are also filled with pine needles and we had a hard rain the Saturday evening we were there. I didnt think the establishment behind us was disruptive, but that could be time of year. Nobodys fault but my GPS was confused with the location of the front of the property. It took me to the rear. Great neighborhood. Pleasant walk to coffee and other eateries. I would stay here again. Thank you

Location not family friendly

Do not stay here on weekend nights if you want to go to sleep before 2 am. Back yard borders a bar/night club and you can hear/feel the music and outdoor customers all night. Noise ordinance does not apply. Otherwise decent stay. This is our second time in this house. First time was great, no issues at all. This year the washing machine broke and flooded the kitchen on our second day. Maintenance was responsive but couldn’t get the part until end of week so we did not have the ability to do laundry all week. Otherwise no major issues.

Wow! What a fantastic location. The beach was 2-3 blocks away. Across the street is the Vibe Brew company that not only has great beers, several nights a week different food trucks are there. Behind is Frank & Patty's that had the absolute best food and reasonable prices! We were very comfortable and enjoyed the patio out back several evenings!

Perfect location! We loved being walking distance to so many great coffee shops and the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay, and the house was the perfect place for our family - including our infant daughter.

Cute place in an active social neighborhood

The ease of booking was great and the owner responded quickly to questions before I decided to book it. The cottage is located in the heart of the active art district with options for those interested in the late night social atmosphere. Easy walking distance to the beach and shops. The bedrooms worked well for our family of four and everything we needed was provided in the kitchen for simple meals. I recommend if you are staying over the weekend and are a light sleeper to consider bringing ear plugs as there is a bar in the backyard that stays open until 2am with loud music and people having a great time.The cottage was great for a short weekend stay.

Perfect location, lovely & clean

We were in town for an event at the Sports Complex and this was a perfect location. Brewery across the street, lots of coffee shops and places to eat. Everywhere was walkable and the beach is only 4 blocks away.

Perfect all the way around

This was an absolute perfect property. Clean, well-appointed, safe location. We were in walking distance to many restaurants, breweries and coffee shops. Not too far from the beach either. We will be back!

Had everything we needed!

Cute and comfortable. Had everything we needed for our week long stay. Highly recommend. A couple of blocks from the beach; however, there is construction going on about 2 blocks up the street which has closed off the street so you have to go around (making it a little longer of a walk but not bad).

Good house, problem location

The house itself is excellent - just the size I needed and well looked-after. I absolutely LOVED the back deck area. Really relaxing. I did flip the breaker on the stove just by trying to boil water while heating something in the oven. That needs to be looked at. There is so much construction in the neighborhood, it turns a 3-block walk to the boardwalk into a 5-block walk. I'd wait until the construction on 18th-19th streets is done before renting again.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a wonderful first time vacation in Virginia Beach. The location of this home is perfect and the walk/ride/drive to the beach is just a few blocks away. This home is centrally located to some fabulous restaurants, ice cream shops, and micro breweries (one is literally out your front door and across the street which we took full advantage of). The home has a lovely back deck area but it was too hot and humid for us to enjoy as much as we may have liked. The updates to the property are very nice and the washer/dryer was a huge plus for us. I highly suggest renting some beach cruiser bikes or brining your own along with a boogie board.
