Comfortable lodgings

The property worked really well for us. The living room/kitchen communal area is on the 3rd floor. Just FYI for anyone that would be a problem for, but the space was perfect for our group. The only thing that was frustrating was that the cleaning/prep crew in charge of readying the house for guests did not stock the property properly with toilet paper or soap in 80% of the bathrooms, so we were forced to go buy supplies we shouldn't have had to.

Vacation week

It was nice it could have been better both refrigerators smell like fish we had to clean them up. The grill was very nasty we cleaned it up. Kitchen tables were very nasty we cleaned them up. After that things got better.

Great time in Sandbridge

We had a group of 7 families with small children and we had a wonderful time! The common areas were big enough for us all to spend time together and each family having their own room and bathroom was so nice. The house has wear and tear like you would expect at a rental house but overall was very comfortable and well kept, and the kitchen was well stocked. The very short walk to the beach made it easy to come back and forth from the beach with small children. Would definitely stay here again!

Not all that I had hoped for.

Though the location was exactly what I wanted, I found a ladder propped up in the foyer when we walked in. Also we were put off to discover that when we arrived the outside stairs, which had been out of use in a review from 2021 were still not in place. Silly of me to assume that they would have been finished 2 years later. Then we discovered that the pool and the hot tub had also not been cleaned prior to our arrival. We lost Wi-Fi on the third day of our stay, which was quite inconvenient to those members of our party that needed to be able to get online for work. Despite messaging Wednesday evening regarding the loss of Wi-Fi, and the fact that nobody came to clean the hot tub or the pool on its scheduled day, Wednesday, we heard from no one until late Thursday night when I texted a second time. When the pool maintenance people arrived Friday morning, we were told that they did not service the hot tub, a contradiction to what I had received via a text message. I was told when we were getting ready to check out that someone would reach out to me to discuss my disappointments in our overall stay, but three days post check out I have yet to hear from anyone. We have the opportunity go away every other year, and it was quite disappointing to have there be blemishes on our trip.

Love it!!

It was too cold to get in the pool, but the hot tub was a plus. A small elevator would have definitely been a plus. Lots of room for the family. Plenty of bathrooms. Overall, I would recommend people to stay here and my family and I plan stay there again.

Perfect for large family group

We had a large family group of many ages; everyone loved our stay. We all had plenty of space to be both together and separate. The pool area was wonderful, location to the beach was fabulous!

Family vacation at the beach

Great location across the street from the ocean. Beautiful views of the ocean from the third floor deck. Lots of room for our group of 10 adults and 7 children. Lots to do in the area. However this house is worn out. It needs a complete overhaul. Great pool area but liner is pulling away from base. Lots of decking but boards are cracked and nails popping. Railing to the back from 3rd to 2nd floor slips out of place for a serious safety issue. Could be amazing with an all over remodel

Great location, plenty of beds and bathrooms, some minor issues

The property was great for access to the beach and to enjoy the pool and hot tub. Plenty of seating and table space for big families. Great bedroom:bathroom ratio. Plenty of parking and balcony space. Some issues with cleanliness of shower curtains and kitchen tabletops/chairs, finicky toilets, very limited balcony furniture. Pool temp was quite cold until it had been 90+ for several days. Pool cleaner came a day later than advertised. Biggest issues was second and first floor bedrooms were quite susceptible to the noise from the floor above and creaky floors especially since the main gathering space is on the third floor.

Our experience

Sliding doors did not have working locks. We were provided wooden poles to lock them. This is not good for young ones as they are able to lift them out. Pool guy never showed to test the pool water. Toilets clogged regularly.

Volleyball weekend tournament

The home was nice and spacious. But was very outdated. If needed new carpet and paint. It also had ceilings peeling and sagging from possibly water leakage. When we checked in the home wasn’t clean. Dishes were dirty in cupboards, under cupboards were dirty and carpet wasn’t clean. When I called the property manager they immediately sent someone who came and cleaned home. She was amazing as they were to understanding. The walls, stair rails and other parts hadn’t been painted and they were very worn and marked up. To entice people to return it needs updated. We will not stay again but the other home we rented the month prior we would just book that. Because the property rental was good.

Family Vacation

Great location - across the street from the beach, nice pool and hot tub. Large kitchen and lots of porches to relax on. Recommend this property for a family getaway!!

Property review

Overall, the property is good. Good layout- most rooms have a private bath and balcony. Only complaint- The hot tub is too small for the house guest capacity ; 4 medium sized adults is max, and it was not level, leaning to one corner causing water to pour out.

Lovely beach week with family!

The home has plenty of room, and is well configured. The main living area, however, is on the upper level which can be a challenge for those with mobility problems.
