This delightful 3-story contemporary home is just 1 block from the beach. Living room with large balcony, dining room and fully equipped eat-in kitchen. All bedrooms have adjoining bathrooms, primary bath has a garden jacuzzi tub. The bedroom with the 3 twin beds is set up to where 2 twins are in one section and the other twin bed is in a different section. You can use the according door to divide this room and for privacy, and therefore converting it into a 4 bedroom house. Exit into the back yard to a large deck with landscaped gardens from the 1st floor bedroom.

Linens such as sheets, pillow cases and towels are not included however, they can be rented through a local company.
