Villa Sana, on the beach with swimming pool

The villa is located on the island of Vir, in a quiet setting, right on the water’s edge, 30 meters from a pebble beach. A bakery, restaurants, shopping, and a bus stop are all nearby. The town center is 800 meters away.
The stone house was built in a modern architectural style right on the sea and can accommodate up to 12 people. It features three balconies with views of the sea and the Velebit Mountains.
On the walled, enclosed property, which spans 690 square meters, there is a 65-square-meter, 1.5-meter-deep, heated swimming pool with massage jets and a waterfall, as well as an outdoor shower. There is also a grill, seating and lounging areas, and plenty of umbrellas.
The villa, with 260 square meters of living space—consisting of two separate apartments, each measuring 130 square meters—features five bedrooms and five bathrooms with showers. A hair dryer and toiletries are provided in every bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with an Android flat-screen TV. Bed linens, towels, beach towels, and bathrobes are also provided. In addition, the villa features two fully equipped kitchens, two dining rooms, and two living rooms.
Each of the two living rooms features a sleeper sofa and dining seating for 6 people. The two open-concept kitchens are equipped with an oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave, an electric kettle, a toaster, a refrigerator with a freezer, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, and plenty of dishes.
There is also an ironing room equipped with a washing machine, a steam iron, and an ironing board.
A smaller section of the villa serves as a studio, featuring a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed, a kitchenette with a refrigerator and a ceramic cooktop, and a bathroom.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.
