"Excellent stay. The location is excellent, just a short walking distance from the railway station, making it very convenient for travellers. The check-in process was very easy, with clear step-by-step instructions that made everything straightforward. The property was clean and well maintained. The mini kitchen was also clean and very useful, especially for preparing simple meals. The only issue I experienced was with the charging adapter. It would be great if the property could provide charging adapters that fit the local plug sockets for international travellers. That small addition would make the stay even more convenient. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this property."

"The town and this hotel felt very cozy and safe. Lot of places to eat within walking distance. It was a very easy walk from the train station. We loved the room! It was comfortable and clean. "Wow! This was our first time travelling to Tirano. We didn’t know what to expect. The property manager (Mara) contacted us to find out what time we would check-in. She gave us excellent directions to get to the building from the train station. We were warmly welcomed at check-in and were quickly on our way to our suite. Mara made some recommendations about where to eat as it was close to dinner time when we arrived. We were impressed by the size of our suite which was well equipped and exceptionally clean. We were happy to see that the suite contained a washing machine and we were able to do a small loaf of laundry before we went out for dinner. We took Mara up on her suggestion to go to Liberty restaurant and we had the best meal of our entire vacation. We returned to the suite which was comfortably air conditioned and we slept well. We went to the rooftop breakfast. After such a positive experience we were sorry that we had only planned to stay the one night. We would highly recommend Bernina Suites."

"It was the perfect place to rest up after riding the Stelvio Pass via motorbike with my wife. Staff were helpful and the main issue with things was me just being groggy after the ride and at that elevation. Looks like they really cater to the ski crowd, so the place is setup for that in a somewhat dated and worn way, but perfectly lovely and functional. I would recommend it as a spot for the weary Stelvio Pass traveler and am interested to see it in its winter glory sometime."
