"This property was everything advertised and then some. Its a small room, but very clean and decorated very cute. There's a fridge for anything you need to store. Easy to walk just minutes to down town. We took advantage of the upstairs patio and laundry. Such a bonus. Great place. we will be booking again when we visit our son."

"The views are amazing . At night you hear the frogs and crickets . In the morning and evening you hear the many birds . The pond has bass in it . We did not play frisky golf, but walked the trails to see turkeys. In the evening deer would come down to the clearing . My 76 year old uncle loved the animals. Watched and listen to them on the many bench’s you can sit . We would stay again."

"The Mod Pod was an amazing little home. From the sign welcoming us to the house to the fridge stocked with basics, these people packed in the little details. It was so nice to have my own bed to sleep in at night, and the decor throughout the house was beautiful. My sister described the style perfectly, saying it was Scandinavian. Anyway, this basement was a great rental, and I would definitely recommend. (The person who wrote this review is 14 if that helps with perspective.)"
