「ホテル自身が非常に綺麗。デザインのセンスがとてもよく、南米の別荘みたいなつくり。 施設も特に悪くはありません ホスト(家族？)が親切な方で、フェリーツアーやNational parkツアーの予約もホテルで簡単にできる 唯一満点ではないところがロケーションです 直線距離では市内中心部(観光やレストランあるとこ)に数百メートルで近いが、実際ホテルがとっても高い坂の上にあるので、徒歩で行けないことはないが、外に出るのが少し苦労するところです」

「The inn keeper Sergio was so pleasant and helpful. The inn was imbedded in a quaint neighborhood. Easy walk to the center of town and taxis are readily available. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer!」

「I loved this hotel, Pablo at the reception was very kind and helpful. My only complaint is about a lady working at the restaurant. We got in for the check-in early, we decided to get some coffees at the restaurant and buy 1 buffett option. The lady got to our table to see what we what we were eating, we got some breads, a coffee with milk and a juice that I gave to my daughter. She was rude and said in a sarcastic tone that the 3 of us were eating and then made me pay for 2 full buffets. That...

「Due to the schedule change, we were not able to arrive on the day we reserved the room. When we arrived the next morning, the hotel was generous enough to let us use the room as late check out. The location is perfect and closest to the cruise-ship terminal. 」

「The hotel's breakfast was great and the conditions were great overall. Just the hotel Wi-Fi was very weak and easily gets disconnected. Also, the hotel is far away from the center part of Ushuaia. You can easily grab an UBER or use the shuttle bus but it takes about 10 minuets」
