「Todo muy limpio y súper amable」

「The location for this apartment is AMAZING! The views from the apartment are STUNNING! Located in the fun and busy Ponte Vecchio bridge area but the apartment itself is super quiet. There was a reliable elevator which we used frequently since the apartment is on the fifth floor (which is how we got the fantastic views). The photos online matched well with the reality of the place. Very lucky to have been able to stay here when we were in Florence.」

「Great place in heart of Florence. Had more space than we thought it would. Everything is within walking distance. Great food choices and markets near by.」

「Nicola’s property was amazing. What a beautiful way to spend a week in Tuscany with family. The location was ideal to do day trips to Florence, San Gimignano, Siena, and more. We stayed in the 2bed/2bath unit and it was perfect for our family of 4. Charming architecture, beautiful views, and essential amenities provided. Had the opportunity to use the pool, go jogging, and visit the local town of Montespertoli. Nicola was the best- very warm welcome, very communicative, very helpful, and...

「Overall the stay was good, but there were some issues. I paid for a specific blow dryer for the trip and they told me last minute it was given to another customer. Also, the air conditioning temperature is locked and the apartment did not cool down so it was very uncomfortable sleeping. Lastly, the shower is so small you can barely move in it. I wouldn’t stay here again, but it was decent and the host communicated quickly.」

「It was disappointing that I was charged 20 euro for arriving at 20:25. I know that the cut off time was 20:00, but I explained that there was a train issue. It then took them until 21:10 to arrive to let us in even though I told them that we would be there 30 minutes prior as they asked. The place is nice. The air conditioning is a little weak in the main bedroom. It works but takes a while to get cold. When we arrived there were only 2 towels for 4 people, the bathroom mirror was broken...

「Located in heart of Oltrano on the main street this is a nicely equipped unit, comfortable, clean, and spacious. Close to everything you'll need while in Florence.」
